Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Lars Lynix! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Phil Williams! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Atkins and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams jabbing away but nothing is landing. Williams tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Williams shoots for a takedown but Lynix saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Williams fails with a takedown attempt. Lynix cracks Williams with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Lynix scores with a nice strike. Lynix fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Lynix throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Williams on the side of the head. Williams fails with the takedown. Lars Lynix has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Phil Williams. Lynix bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Williams's head backwards. Lynix works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Williams gets a takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Lynix has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Williams is working away from the top position though. Lynix makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Lynix.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Williams throws an elbow that misses. Lynix uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Williams's guard. Nice move by Lynix! Lynix avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Williams is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Williams is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Lynix defends well. Lynix drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Lynix jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Williams looking for a guillotine here but Lynix defends easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Williams working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lynix doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lynix manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Williams looks gassed! Lynix pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Williams is keeping the position for now. Williams wants to sweep here but Lynix controlling him for the moment. Lynix trying to control but Williams is working from the bottom. Lynix looking to pass the guard. Lynix drops back looking for a leg! Williams is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Williams manages to kick Lynix off! Lynix jumps back into Williams's guard. Williams really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lynix. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Lynix trying to control but Williams is working from the bottom. Lynix won't allow Williams to sweep him here. Lynix passes easily into side control. Nice work. Lynix tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lynix has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Lynix trying to control the action but Williams is working from the bottom. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lynix is trying to get an arm triangle but Williams is defending well. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Williams tries to get back to half guard but can't. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lars Lynix dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Lynix takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Williams misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Williams tries to clinch up. Lynix getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Williams shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Williams fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Lars Lynix has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Phil Williams. A decent looking cross lands there for Lynix. Lynix lands a nice shot that snaps Williams's head back.
Lynix paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Williams takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Williams needs to keep his hands up - Lynix had a free shot at his head there. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Lynix connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Lynix lands with a hook. Williams tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Phil Williams is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lynix, as that shot connected.
Williams tries for a takedown but Lynix sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Lynix throws a good cross that connects.
Lars Lynix is winning the standup battle so far. Williams is breathing heavily. Lynix ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Williams is trying hard to land a takedown here. Lynix sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nice uppercut lands for Lynix. That snapped Williams's head back.
Lynix uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Williams has time to react. Phil Williams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lynix jabs at Williams's body. Lynix tests Williams's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Williams is rocked! Lynix connects with a looping right hand.
Williams is still on wobbly legs! Can Lynix finish him? A jab lands there for Lynix. Williams takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Williams seems to have recovered his senses. Lynix goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lynix, as that shot connected.
A right-left combo lands from Lynix. Williams misses with the combination.
Lynix changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Lynix lunges at Williams with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Williams's hand. Lynix avoids the head kick by Williams.
Lynix is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Williams takes one to the chin there. Williams moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Williams has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Williams shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Williams is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Lynix. Williams closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lynix circles away. Lynix scores with a sloppy right hand. Williams should have avoided that one. Lynix feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Williamss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Williams on the wrong end of a nice jab. Williams seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Lynix shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Williams is backing up but Lynix catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Williams covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Lynix Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lars Lynix! Our winner, Lars Lynix, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Mr Translucent! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Steven Brown and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vasa on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Vasa fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Translucent avoids it really well and circles away. Vasa shoots for a double leg takedown but Translucent sprawls well. He's pushed Vasa's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Translucent lands with an uppercut that bounces Vasa off the cage and back into range. Vasa throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Translucent's waist but Translucent gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Vasa off to one side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Foti Vasa. That's going to take a lot out of him. Vasa shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Translucent counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Translucent. Translucent lands a body punch. Translucent stalling.
Vasa has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Translucent is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Translucent with an attempt at a knee that misses.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mr Translucent! Mr Translucent really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that GTI - 1337 sponsors VERSUS logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.

Berg changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Smith tries to avoid it but Berg manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Smith to the ground. Smith escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. A telegraphed right hand from Smith misses the target. Berg shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Smith as he avoids it easily. Smith gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Berg to score an easy takedown into full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Berg throwing strikes but missing. Berg has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Berg stands and steps away. Smith gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Berg scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Berg tries for an arm triangle. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Smith can do anything to dispel that myth. Berg controlling the position. Berg lands a few punches from side control. Berg tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Smith wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Berg tries for a kimura but Smith is defending well. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Berg swats away the attempt to clinch by Smith. Smith misses with a wild combination.

Berg with a lazy takedown attempt and Smith counters with a stiff right hand. Berg closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Berg is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Smith is refusing to be controlled, as Berg sits in half guard. Berg throwing shots but Smith is blocking nicely. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Berg thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Smith's head. Berg thows a huge punch but Smith dodges it nicely.

Aamos Berg overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Berg not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Berg is figuring out what he wants to do next. Berg wants to work for an arm triangle but Smith is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Smith wants to control but Berg is keeping busy and won't allow it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Smith tries to kick Berg off in order to stand up. Berg Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. Berg is looking to take a break and control but Smith is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Smith seems a little lost for a moment, as Berg dominates the positioning. Berg has an Americana. Smith didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Berg is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Berg hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The Kid looks for a takedown but Craddock sprawls well. Craddock clinches. The Kid is looking for a takedown. The Kid really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. The Kid drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Craddock throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Craddock throws a leg kick which misses The Kid's front leg but catches the back leg as The Kid tries to avoid it. Craddock looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
A head kick from Craddock lands but The Kid takes it in his stride. Craddock delivers a nice body kick. The Kid shoots in for a takedown but Craddock shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. The Kid takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Craddock goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Kyle The Kid seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Craddock lands with an uppercut that bounces The Kid off the cage and back into range. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! The Kid shoots in and drives through. Craddock sprawls well. Craddock forces The Kid back against the cage and clinches. Craddock breaks the clinch.
Craddock tries to bum rush The Kid with a series of wild strikes but The Kid uses good footwork to avoid the assault. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. The Kid closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. The Kid is trying to control. Craddock wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Red scores with a hook to the body. Reed takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Reed throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Red. Red is looking to clinch. The fighters circling - Reed throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Red avoids the body shot from Reed.

That has opened up Jebediah Reed's cut even more. Red postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Reed badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Red around the waist but Red pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Red is the winner by TKO! Red jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

Lime is trying to work for a kimura but Chavez is defending well.

He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. This has been an exciting period of action! Lime is nestled in close to Chavez, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Lime thows a huge punch but Chavez dodges it nicely.
Lime throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Chavez avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Lime. Chavez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lime. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Lime works his foot free and advances to mount. Lime with shots to the head and body - Chavez looks very uncomfortable down there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lime looking to secure an arm triangle but Chavez defends it well. Lime is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Chavez is surviving well by controlling Lime's body position as best he can. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Chavez can do anything to dispel that myth. Lime with good strikes from the mount here!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Graf tries to sprawl but Puska drives through with a takedown into half guard. Graf slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Graf has his hands on Puska's head, controlling the position. Puska trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Graf escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Puska gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Puska passes into half guard. Puska has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Graf is trying to get back to full guard. Graf is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Puska's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Puska's back! Graf softening up his opponent with strikes here.

Graf utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Graf keeping moving, preventing Puska from controlling successfully. Puska is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Puska working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Puska drops back looking for a leg! Graf is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Graf manages to kick Puska off! Puska jumps back into Graf's guard. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Heikki manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Gold on his heels. He'll look to pass Gold's guard now, I'm sure. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Heikki is working Gold over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Gold is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Gold wants to sweep but no luck. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Heikki's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Heikki stops Gold from standing up. Heikki trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
