It looks like Mojo Joe Joe has been cut. Joe Joe takes one to the chin there. Rysakov cracks the inside of Joe Joe's front leg. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Joe Joe is defended easily by Rysakov. Jab, jab by Rysakov - just one landing. Joe Joe is trying hard to land a takedown here. Rysakov sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Rysakov lands with a straight right. Joe Joe didn't see that one coming. This has been an exciting period of action! Rysakov keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Nikolai Rysakov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mojo Joe Joe. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Toby just misses with a punch to the body.
Toby shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Edgerton defends it nicely. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Toby. Toby looks to land a combination but Edgerton avoids it well. Edgerton shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Toby as he avoids it easily. Edgerton shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Edgerton is looking for a kimura but Toby is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Edgerton to get the leverage. Edgerton is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Edgerton wants to lay and pray for a moment but Toby keeps working. Toby is trying to control but can't.

Edgerton advances nicely into full mount. Toby really wants to buck Edgerton off and get back to his feet. Edgerton controlling his opponent. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Edgerton looking for a guillotine from mount but Toby is having none of it. Edgerton takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Edgerton has control of Toby's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Toby regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Edgerton is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Toby is forced to tap! Great finish!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Polio shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hatton pinned against the cage. Hatton gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Hatton rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Polio moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Billy Hatton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Polio throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hatton's waist but Hatton gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Polio off to one side. Hatton stalks Polio and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Polio's face. Polio staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Tommy Polio has been cut. Hatton lands a jab. Hatton lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Polio shoots in but Hatton avoids the takedown attempt easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tommy Polio. That's going to take a lot out of him. A punch lands to the side of Polio 's head but he takes it in his stride. Hatton circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Polio to the canvas! Polio doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Hatton keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

Schietzelt gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Schietzelt looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Schietzelt wants to free his trapped foot but Kendray is holding on for dear life with his legs. Kendray is staying active underneath Schietzelt, who seems content to just control the action from this position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Schietzelt is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Sanchez trying to control the position from guard on top but Pogue is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Pogue is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Sanchez is controlling him. Sanchez will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Pogue has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Sanchez is proving hard to escape from. Sanchez wriggles free and stands up.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sanchez has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Pogue's face.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Sanchez cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sanchez looking to control and managing it successfully. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Sanchez working for a guillotine from mount but Pogue is in no mood to give up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Pogue shoots in for a takedown but Sanchez shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Eddie Sanchez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fubar Pogue. Pogue gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Sanchez to score an easy takedown into full guard. Sanchez is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Pogue can do to turn this around? Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Sanchez throws a big elbow that misses. Sanchez looking to sit in guard and control but Pogue gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Sanchez has his feet on Pogue's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Pogue is trying to stand up here but Sanchez is controlling him well. Fubar Pogue has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Eddie Sanchez is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. No joy there for White, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Taylor connects with a body shot that sends White's belly button to the back. Taylor lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
White cracks Taylor with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Taylor pushes White up against the cage in a clinch. White lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Taylor breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
White misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Taylor's hands are dropping dangerously low here and White connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Taylor scrambles back to his feet. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Taylor shoots for a double leg takedown but White sprawls well. He's pushed Taylor's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Taylor lands a nice shot to the body.
White shoots in and gets a takedown into Taylor's guard. White postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. White drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and White jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. White stops Taylor from standing up.

Taylor moves forwards but White connects with a nice, crisp jab. White fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
