Nicanor throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nicanor fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Nicanor looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Daniels pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Nicanor misses with a jab to the body
and Daniels counters with a lovely straight right hand! A telegraphed right hand from Daniels misses the target. Nicanor throws a left and a right that both miss
and Daniels counters with a lovely straight right hand! Daniels uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Nicanor. Nicanor misses with a double jab.
Nicanor throws a right and a left that both miss. Nicanor throws a hook but Daniels avoids it easily. Daniels lands a head shot. Nicanor lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Daniels circles away quickly and effectively. Daniels paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Daniels shoots in and bounces Nicanor off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Daniels drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Daniels jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Daniels seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Daniels is working hard here to advance position. Nicanor working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Daniels. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Daniels controlling from the top position.

Nicanor lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Nicanor throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Daniels counters with a left and a right that stings Nicanor. Daniels misses with a few strikes there.

and Daniels counters with a single leg into guard. Nicanor didn't expect that. Daniels trying to control but Nicanor is working from the bottom.

Amadeu Nicanor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Daniels ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Daniels fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Nicanor to the ground. Daniels is now in Nicanor's guard. Daniels postures up in Nicanor's guard and throws a big left but Nicanor blocks it. Daniels not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Daniels wants to control from the top but Nicanor keeps moving.

Jack Daniels dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Daniels misses with an uppercut. Nicanor saw that one coming. Nicanor moves forwards but Daniels connects with a nice, crisp jab. Daniels scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Nicanor throws a lazy right hand but Daniels sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Nicanor throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Daniels on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Nicanor throws a combination that misses and Daniels counters with a stiff right hand. Nicanor misses with a double jab.
Daniels avoids the body shot from Nicanor.
A lazy left from Nicanor finds it's target. Daniels uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Nicanor. Nicanor just misses with a punch to the body.
Nicanor takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Daniels connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Daniels is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. No joy there for Nicanor, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Nicanor takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Daniels is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Daniels jabs Nicanor to the body, keeping him at a distance. Nicanor throws an overhand right that lands on Daniels's shoulder, as Daniels tries to avoid the shot. Daniels avoids a punch combination nicely.
Daniels scores with a takedown into Nicanor's guard. Daniels showing good wrestling skills to control the position.

Nicanor has hold of Daniels's hands but Daniels slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Daniels wants to pass the guard but Nicanor is defending well.
Daniels wants to work for an arm triangle but Nicanor is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
And that's the end of the fight! Jack Daniels showed his dominance in that final round. Well Daniels has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Read throws a hook but Vongkhamchanh avoids it easily. Read throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Vongkhamchanh's head. Vongkhamchanh is breathing heavily. Vongkhamchanh blocks a leg kick. Vongkhamchanh takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Vongkhamchanh flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Read anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Vongkhamchanh and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Read slips an arm under Vongkhamchanh chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Read has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Read is squeezing on Vongkhamchanh like an anaconda would it's prey. Vongkhamchanh fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Mark Read! A very excited looking Mark Read made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

Watcher keeps control of Riley as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Watcher lands on the inside with an uppercut. Watcher keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Riley's efforts to push away. Watcher lands a nice shot to the body. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Riley can't break the clinch.

Bear tries to clinch but Pacquiao moves away and Pacquiao counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Pacquiao looks to land a combination but Bear avoids it well. Bear tries to clinch and Bear takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Bear tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Pacquiao counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Bear changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Pacquiao tries to avoid it but Bear manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Pacquiao to the ground. Pacquiao escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Pacquiao takes a swing at Bear's ribcage but misses. Pacquiao cracks Bear with a right hand to the side of the head. Pacquiao lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Bear with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Pacquiao to score with a decent uppercut.

Bear is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Pacquiao throws a hook but Bear avoids it easily. Bear shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Pacquiao as he jumps to the side. Bear closes the distance looking to clinch and Pacquiao counters with a two punch combo.

He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Tompkins throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Tompkins swats away the attempt to clinch by Bobbertson. Steve Tompkins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A combination from Tompkins does no damage. Bobbertson throws a head kick that misses. Tompkins misses with a kick to the body
and Bobbertson counters with a head kick that drops Tompkins to the mat! Tompkins scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Bobbertson is in a horrible position here. Tompkins smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bobbertson is trying to escape the mount.

El Suave lands with a shot to the body. El Suave throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Thomas drives through with a takedown into El Suave's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. El Suave tries to land a sweep but no joy. El Suave wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. El Suave lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Thomas! El Suave controlling his opponent.

and Thomas counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. El Suave tries to land a sweep but no joy. El Suave has control of Thomas's left arm, preventing Thomas from doing any damage. Thomas wants to stand and escape but instead El Suave has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. El Suave is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

A jab from El Suave finds it's way through Thomas's defenses. Thomas takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Thomas is breathing heavily. El Suave thuds a left hand into Thomas's body. El Suave throws a right hand that Thomas ducks under and follows up with a left that Thomas also avoids with ease. El Suave thows a body shot but no joy. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. El Suave uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. El Suave is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. El Suave cracks Thomas with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. El Suave scores with the left hand. Thomas knows he should have avoided that one. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ricco El Suave dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
El Suave misses with an uppercut. El Suave throws a hook to the side of Thomas's head but Thomas sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. El Suave with a nice cross. El Suave throws a series of punches but Thomas avoids them all with ease. El Suave connects with a body shot that sends Thomas's belly button to the back. El Suave will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
El Suave misses with a two punch combination.
El Suave thows a left - swing and a miss! A head kick misses from Thomas. Thomas throws a right and a left that El Suave avoids nicely. Thomas takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Nice uppercut lands for El Suave. That snapped Thomas's head back.

Small throws a series of punches but Hans moves out of range. A looping hook to the body misses from Small. Hans does a little dance to reset his feet. Hans shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Small sprawls well. Small wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hans gets slowly back to his feet. Small lunges at Hans with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Hans's hand. Small ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hans moves away. Hans throws a low kick but Small avoids it. Hans throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Hans tries to clinch there but Small circles away.

Small avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Hans uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Small. Small bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Hans rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Small counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Hans fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Small manages to avoid it. The crowd cheers as Small lands an impressive looking overhand right. Hans doesn't seem phased though.
Hans feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Hans looking to pass the guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Small! Hans struggling a bit here. Hans is looking for a sweep.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hans trying to control but Small postures up.

A close round but Pat Small will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Small tries to bum rush Hans with a series of wild strikes but Hans uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Hans moves out of range of the strikes. Small misses with an uppercut. Hans saw that one coming. A jab from Small misses. Small swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Hans. Small throws an overhand right that lands on Hans's shoulder, as Hans tries to avoid the shot. Hans tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Small manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Hans lands a body shot.
Hans swings away with a leg kick that misses. Hans darts in trying to clinch enabling Small to counter with a crisp jab. Hans ducks under a wild hook from Small.

A lazy left from Small finds it's target. Small listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Small might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Hans fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Hans lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Small ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Small works Hans's body with a nice hook. Small lands a nice shot to the body.
Small uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hans.
Hans has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Small finds it's way round the side to connect with Hans's head. Small scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Hans wants to clinch up but Small keeps it at a distance. The fighters circle momentarily. Small darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Small moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Small throws an overhand right that lands on Hans's shoulder, as Hans tries to avoid the shot. Small misses with a hook. Hans shoots in for a double leg but Small sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Small scores with a shot to the body.
Hans looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Hans has gone for a leg lock! Small slips out almost immediately though and dives into Hans's guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hans wants to sweep but no luck. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Pat Small showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Hans misses with a body shot.
Hans takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Nice body punch from Small. Hans on the wrong end of a nice jab. Small thows a left - swing and a miss! The fighters circling - Hans throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Small fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Hans is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Hans has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Hans there as he acknowledges the shot. Hans takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Pat Small seems to be getting the better of the standup. Small throws a hook but Hans blocks it. Hans throws a looping overhand right but Small ducks down to avoid it. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Small throws a jab but it's blocked by Hans.

Hans looks to land a right hand but Small moved out of range. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Hans lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Small has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Small and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. A slow jab from Small misses its intended target. Hans ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Small moves away. Small uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hans.
Small lands with an uppercut that bounces Hans off the cage and back into range. Small throws a series of strikes that have Hans backpedaling.
Small misses with a looping left. Hans shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Hans defending well as Small loads up on a big left hand. Small cracks Hans with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Small shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Hans eats them both and turns towards Small to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Super Hans has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Small scores with a decent looking hook. Small with a nice cross. Hans lands a right hook to the body.
Hans throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Small misses with an uppercut. Hans saw that one coming. Hans shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Small defends it nicely. A cross from Small lands. Hans has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Small finds it's way round the side to connect with Hans's head. Small lands a jab.

He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Small digs a good body shot into Hans's ribs. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Small. Hans keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Small. Hans throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Small sees it coming and avoids it easily. Hans turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Hans throws a wild body kick that Small sees coming a mile off. Jab by Small. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hans is defended easily by Small. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Super Hans. That's going to take a lot out of him. Small connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Hans momentarily.

Hans shoots in looking for a takedown but Small manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Hans's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Small lands a jab to the head.

Nice shot lands for Small. Pat Small is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Small lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Small stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Small lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Small moves away from the strike by Hans. Hans throws a jab but it's blocked by Small.
And that's the end of the fight! Pat Small comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Small winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Burrows lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Out shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Burrows sprawls well. Burrows wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Out gets slowly back to his feet. Burrows feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Outs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Out has a takedown stuffed. Burrows scores with a nice strike. Lincoln Burrows seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Burrows misses with a series of wild punches.
Burrows ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Out moves away. Burrows avoids a kick to the body.
Burrows bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Out's head. A punch lands to the side of Out 's head but he takes it in his stride. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A right-left combo lands from Burrows. Out throws a right and a left that Burrows avoids nicely. Burrows throws a poor cross that misses
and Out counters with a left and a right that stings Burrows. Burrows throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Out staying out of range there. Out tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Burrows swivels and escapes. Lincoln Burrows has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tap Out. Burrows takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Burrows throws out a loose jab but Out uses good head movement to avoid it.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Burrows enables Out to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Burrows manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Out drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Out jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Out working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Burrows wants to sweep but no luck. Burrows preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Out postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Burrows will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. This has been an exciting period of action! Out distracts Burrows with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Out accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Out working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Out trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Out is working Burrows over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Out throwing strikes but missing.
Out is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Out is in close to Burrows's body, working some short punches and elbows. Out wants to control from the top but Burrows keeps moving.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Burrows preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Burrows utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Out drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Out as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Burrows screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Out! Nice submission victory there!

I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. de Souza connects with a nice short shot to Axe's temple. de Souza takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. de Souza looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Axe with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
de Souza is looking for a kimura here.
