1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eagle Spurghoff! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Spurghoff throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gay's waist but Gay gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Spurghoff off to one side. Spurghoff is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Spurghoff closes the distance and pushes Gay back into the cage. Spurghoff throws a knee to the head but misses.
Spurghoff tries to break free but Gay pushes him back against the cage. Spurghoff tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Gay smiles and moves away.

Gay drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. A lull in the action here.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A lull in the action here as Gay stalls from top position. Gay tries to move to mount but Spurghoff blocks the move with his legs. Spurghoff wants to control but Gay postures up. Spurghoff prevents Gay from moving into mount. Spurghoff tries to improve position but can't. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Gay moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Gay is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Spurghoff has escaped the position, nice work there. Gay is breathing heavily. Spurghoff tries to get back to half guard but can't. Spurghoff prevents Gay from improving position. Spurghoff is trying to buck Gay off. Spurghoff is trying to improve his position. Spurghoff is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Gay has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Spurghoff! Spurghoff tries to reverse the position but Gay maintains control. Gay controlling from mount. Spurghoff is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Spurghoff tries to hold on but Gay pushes him away. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Spurghoff slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Spurghoff lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gay circles away quickly and effectively. Gay throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Spurghoff swings for the body but Gay moves out of range.

and Spurghoff counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Spurghoff throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Gay. A punch combination from Spurghoff misses. Spurghoff darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Spurghoff throws a right and a left that Gay avoids nicely. Spurghoff looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Spurghoff stalks Gay and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Gay's face. Gay staggers backwards, shaken. Spurghoff throws a combination that misses and Gay counters with a nice body shot. A head kick misses from Gay. Spurghoff misses with a double jab.
Gay closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Gay is controlling the pace.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Gay seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Spurghoff for as long as he can get away with. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Spurghoff wants to stand up but Gay is controlling him. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
 The ref stands the fighters back up. Yur Gay wasn't doing enough on the ground. Good leg kick by Spurghoff there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

In favor of your winner, by majority decision... Eagle Spurghoff! After the fight, Eagle Spurghoff was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dong Hyun Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Killa Vegeta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dong Hyun Kim had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 147.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Dong Hyun Kim has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Kim keeping moving, preventing Vegeta from controlling successfully. Kim is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Vegeta cracks Kim with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. Vegeta with the ground and pound from mount. Vegeta trying to control but Kim is having none of it. Vegeta takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Killa Vegeta showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Vegeta shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kim but Kim pushes him off and we're back to square one. Kim lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Kim shoots in for a double leg but Vegeta sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Vegeta tries to clinch but Kim is having none of it.
Vegeta pushes Kim up against the cage in a clinch. Vegeta tries to score a body lock takedown but Kim shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Kim jumps guard but Vegeta stands there with Kim around his waist. Kim gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Daniels throws a sloppy head kick and Kawasaka moves out of range easily. Daniels really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Kawasaka tries to close the distance and clinch up but Daniels swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Kawasaka takes the fight into the clinch. Kawasaka pushes Daniels back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Daniels working aggressively here.
Daniels is trying to push Kawasaka away but Kawasaka has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Daniels trying to control the position but instead, Kawasaka has worked for underhooks and has pushed Daniels into the cage. Kawasaka lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Daniels.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Kawasaka in particular looking to stall. Kawasaka wants to lay and pray for a moment but Daniels keeps working. Kawasaka keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Daniels makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Daniels.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Henderson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lindland moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Henderson misses with a few strikes there.
A swing and a miss from Henderson. Lindland bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Henderson scores with a body shot.
Lindland throws a right hand that Henderson ducks under and follows up with a left that Henderson also avoids with ease. Lindland checks a leg kick. Lindland keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Henderson. Henderson lands a high kick!
Lindland displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Henderson throws out the jab. Lindland misses with a wild body shot. Henderson misses with a series of wild punches.
Henderson throws a low kick but it's checked well by Lindland. Henderson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Henderson looks to land a left hand but Lindland moved out of range nicely. Lindland throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Jab from Lindland. Henderson misses with a double jab.
Henderson throws a big shot that misses.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Henderson thows a body shot but no joy. Lindland misses with a body shot.
Lindland keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Jeremy Henderson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lindland slips a jab and a cross from Henderson.
A lazy left from Lindland finds it's target. Lindland feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Hendersons jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Nice shot lands for Lindland. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Henderson misses with a combination
and Lindland counters with a three punch combo that has Henderson backing up. Henderson nods at Lindland to acknowledge the strikes.
 Henderson is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Henderson attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Lindland throws a right and a left that both miss. Jeremy Henderson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Lindland avoids the body shot from Henderson.
A cross from Lindland lands. Henderson is still on wobbly legs! Can Lindland finish him? Lindland wobbles Henderson with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Lindland dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Henderson to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Son shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Son is working for a submission of some sort.
Masters has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Son is working away from the top position though.
Son is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Masters doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Son. Masters is pressing down on Son's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Son pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Masters is keeping the position for now.
Masters had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Son defends it easily.
 That's one minute gone in the round.
Masters looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Son is defending well. Masters quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Son has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Masters celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
