The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grunt closes the distance and lands a one-two.
The crowd cheers as Grunt lands an impressive looking overhand right. Bear doesn't seem phased though.
Bear goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Bear with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Bear takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Bear gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Grunt escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bear gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

That was a close round but I would say that Yogi Bear will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Bear throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Grunt.
Grunt shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bear pinned against the cage. Bear gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Bear got a little sloppy there for a moment and Grunt has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bear has managed to get both his arms back between Grunt's legs - danger averted.
