2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tappy McOut! The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Eliza Hachem and Hugh Johnson.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! John J throws a shot to the body.
John J is trying hard to land a takedown here. McOut sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. McOut loads up on a big right hand but John J slips the punch. McOut avoids the body shot from John J.
John J throws a right and a left that both miss. McOut keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from John J. Danga de danga de dang - John J scores with a four punch combination!
 It looks like Tappy McOut has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! John J scores with a jab to the jaw. John J throws a right and a left that both miss. Nice defenses there by McOut. McOut connects with a solid leg kick. John J throws a right and a left that McOut avoids nicely. John J dips to his left and cracks McOut with an uppercut!
Excellent takedown into side control there by McOut.
McOut is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, John J has escaped the position, nice work there. McOut looks gassed! John J is trying to get back to half guard. John J wants to control but McOut postures up. McOut lands a decent elbow from side control.
 That's one minute gone in the round. McOut wants to lay and pray for a moment but John J keeps working. McOut landing strikes. McOut blocks the strikes from John J.
McOut passes to full mount! That's big trouble for John J! John J wants to hold on but McOut pushes him away. John J is trying to get back to his feet but can't. John J in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. McOut wants to take John J's back but he can't do it this time. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
John J defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from McOut. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, McOut cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

McOut mounts John J! Really nice guard pass there! John J really wants to buck McOut off and get back to his feet. John J regains half guard. John J is trying to stand.
McOut is looking for a kimura but John J is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for McOut to get the leverage. John J missing with punches from the bottom.
McOut passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for John J! McOut fails to take his opponent's back. McOut unloads with some shots from mount but John J bucks and avoids them well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. John J wants to try and get back to his feet.
McOut is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! John J is forced to tap! Great finish!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! er fails with a takedown attempt. er showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Angle.
Angle stalks er and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into er's face. er staggers backwards, shaken.
 It looks like bark er has been cut. Angle stuffs the takedown. Angle misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Angle fails to land with a series of punches.
er looks to land a body kick but Angle moved away. er wants to clinch. er looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Angle is fending him off so far but er persists. Nope, Angle circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for bark er. That's going to take a lot out of him. er fails miserably with a takedown attempt. er dodges the punch combination from Angle.
Angle moves in looking to clinch but er pushes him off.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Angle has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Angle there as he acknowledges the shot. er fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. er wants to clinch and Angle makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Angle misses with a two punch combination.
Angle throws an overhand right that lands on er's shoulder, as er tries to avoid the shot. Angle lands a straight punch to the body, keeping er at a distance.

Nice sprawl there from er as Angle shoots in. Angle looks gassed! Angle misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
er moves into the clinch successfully.
Angle misses with a hook from the clinch. Angle tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Angle gets control of er's arms and successfully pulls guard. Angle will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. er slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. er wants to stand but Angle has a closed guard, so he can't escape. er pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Angle is keeping the position for now.

Angle keeping moving, preventing er from controlling successfully. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Angle not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

er shoots in looking for a takedown. Angle tries to sprawl out of it but er keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Angle manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Angle thows a body shot but no joy.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Angle misses the jab. er fails with the takedown
and Angle counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Angle in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. er is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. er knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Angle on the ground. Angle lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Angle stands up from er's guard - Angle perhaps looking for a knockout. er ducks under a wild hook from Angle. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Justin Angle dominated that round. The cut man is working on bark er's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
er throws a head kick that misses. er looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Angle rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but er moves out of range and avoids them all easily. er fails in his attempt to clinch. er tries to clinch there but Angle circles away.

Angle stands up and beckons er to his feet. Angle stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Angle wants it to stay on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for bark er. That's going to take a lot out of him. er has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. A combination from Angle does no damage. er closes the distance looking to clinch and Angle counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. er is lucky that one didn't land flush. er tries to clinch and Angle counters with a thumping low kick. er misses with a low kick.

er throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Angle was covering up waiting for the punch and er finishes the takedown easily into guard. Angle has a closed guard, preventing er from standing up. er looking to sit in guard and control but Angle gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. er tries to score a power double leg takedown but Angle sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten er somewhat. Angle throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

He's got his arms around Angle's waist but Angle gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing er off to one side. er fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Angle avoids it really well and circles away. Angle misses with a jab, cross combination.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Angle, right into the meat.
Angle throws a right hand that er ducks under and follows up with a left that er also avoids with ease. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Nice takedown defense from Angle. No joy for er on that attempt. er moves out of range of the strikes. bark er is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. er throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Angle's waist but Angle gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing er off to one side. Justin Angle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Angle shoots in but no luck this time. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

 It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Angle throws a series of punches but er avoids them all with ease. er misses with a takedown and Angle counters with a nice uppercut. Angle will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Angle tries to close the distance and clinch but er swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Nice sprawl there from er as Angle shoots in. er throws a leg kick that misses. er lands a nice looking body shot.
er shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Angle avoiding damage under a succession of punches from er.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. er is looking to stand up but he'll have to free his leg first. Instead, Angle manages to get to full guard. er stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Angle swivels though and keeps the full guard. Angle has a closed guard, preventing er from standing up. Angle wants to get back to his feet but er is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. er wants to control from the top but Angle keeps moving. er stops Angle from standing up. Angle is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
 Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. er throws a head kick but Angle moves out of range.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Angle misses with a double jab.

Mafusa tries to avoid it but barker manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mafusa to the ground. Mafusa escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for john barker. That's going to take a lot out of him. barker keeps the fight on the outside. Mafusa checks the leg kick nicely there.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Chiba has a takedown stuffed. Chiba blocks a leg kick. Chiba changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sierra tries to avoid it but Chiba manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sierra to the ground. Sierra escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Sierra attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Chiba changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sierra looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Chiba is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Sierra has escaped the position, nice work there.
Chiba swings around for an armbar but Sierra sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Chiba's guard.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Sierra wanted to stand there but Chiba had control of the position. Sierra wants to stand and escape but instead Chiba has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Chiba is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Chiba drops back, looking for a kneebar! Sierra looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Sierra looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Sierra! Chiba is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Sierra's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Sierra wants to get back to his feet.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harry drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Harry fails with a takedown attempt. Junior is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Harry will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Harry tries to clinch up but Junior circles away and keeps his distance. Junior goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Junior scores with a body shot.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hawk displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Morgan throws out the jab. Hawk swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Morgan misses with a looping right. Morgan stuffs the takedown. Morgan throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Morgan misses with a hook.
Hawk shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Hawk was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Hawk thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Hawk pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Morgan is trying to escape the mount.
Hawk throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Morgan is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Morgan takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Hawk has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Morgan's face.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rizzo pivots, looking for a leg kick but Bell is out of range and Rizzo settles back down. Rizzo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bell swats him away and circles back towards the center. Rizzo defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bell. Rizzo fakes the leg kick and cracks Bell in the body. Rizzo scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Bell looks gassed! Rizzo thows a body shot but no joy. Good leg kick by Rizzo there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Bell takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Russel Bell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bell moves out of range of the body kick. A clash of legs there as Bell blocks the low kick. Decent striking displayed by Rizzo there.
Rizzo moves into the clinch. The referee is keeping an eye on Rizzo - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Bell drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Rizzo gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Rizzo turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Rizzo tries to bum rush Bell with a series of wild strikes but Bell uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Bell shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Bell on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Keller wants to clinch up but Archer keeps it at a distance. Archer circles away from the clinch attempt.
