The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rood shoots in looking for a takedown but Braddock manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Rood's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Braddock darts in and clinches Rood up against the cage.
Rood goes for a takedown attempt but Braddock pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Rood scores with a hook to the body. Braddock takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Kasumi jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
