Kobayashi lands a head kick!

It looks like Buvaisar Saitiev has been cut.
Kobayashi tries to clinch up but Saitiev circles away and keeps his distance.
Saitiev takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Kobayashi misses with an attempted mid kick.
Kobayashi tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Saitiev paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Saitiev shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Saitiev uses his free foot to push down on Kobayashi's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Kobayashi.
Kobayashi is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

Saitiev is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Kobayashi is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Kobayashi flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Saitiev anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Kobayashi and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Saitiev slips an arm under Kobayashi chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Saitiev has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Saitiev is squeezing on Kobayashi like an anaconda would it's prey. Kobayashi fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
