The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henderson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mir swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Ribera lands with a big left! Takashi is wobbled badly! Ribera comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Takashi to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.

Yang tries to bum rush Cejrowski with a series of wild strikes but Cejrowski uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Cejrowski gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Yang to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Cejrowski had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Yang defends it easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Yang wants to pass the guard but Cejrowski is keeping the position.
Yang really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cejrowski. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Oh but Cejrowski is tightening it up a little... Yang has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Yang reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Yang taps out! Nice BJJ there by Cejrowski!
