The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silvestry shoots in for a double leg but Connell sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Silvestry throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Connell's waist but Connell gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Silvestry off to one side.
Connell tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Silvestry paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Silvestry slaps away a takedown attempt from Connell, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Connell is looking to clinch.
Silvestry gets caught flat footed, as Connell shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Connell cracks Silvestry with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Connell immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Silvestry is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Connell!

Siwon seems to have locked his on tight now - Ortiz screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Siwon, as he picks up the win!

Gabonica shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Davis manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
