Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andreas Svensson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Svensson has chosen Wrath by Nasum as his entrance music. Svensson has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Andreas Svensson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Andreas Svensson! The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Atkins and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Svensson throws a hook to the side of Smith's head but Smith sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Smith closes the distance and clinches. Smith lands a left hand.
Svensson looks gassed! Smith lands a right hand. Smith effectively controlling the action here. Smith has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Svensson uses from the top position. Smith managing to control the position. Svensson should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Smith trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Smith bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Svensson's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Smith stands up and waves to Svensson to follow him. Smith clinches with his opponent.

Svensson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Svensson tries to buck Smith off but Smith is having none of it. Smith decides to stand back up. Svensson attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Smith closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Smith scores with a hook to the body. Smith gets control of Svensson's arms and successfully pulls guard. Smith will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Smith has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Svensson is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Smith content to stall in guard here. Smith lands a couple of decent looking shots. David Smith overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Smith has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Banner had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Drake thows a body shot but no joy. Jab by Banner. Banner takes a swing at Drake's ribcage but misses. The fight moves into the clinch position. Drake pulls guard. Drake trying to control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Drake looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Banner wants to stand and escape but instead Drake has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Drake loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Banner decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Drake, up you get! Drake wants to clinch up but Banner keeps it at a distance. Banner ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Drake moves away. Danga de danga de dang - Banner scores with a four punch combination! Drake looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Banner is fending him off so far but Drake persists. Nope, Banner circles away and we're back to standing. Banner slips a jab and a cross from Drake.

Punahilkka tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. morgans dives in and grabs Punahilkka's left leg, looking for a takedown. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ramdas misses the shot to the body. Ramdas tries to close the distance and clinch up but Topper swats him away and circles back towards the center. No luck with that takedown attempt from Ramdas. Topper feints and as Ramdas raises his hands in defense, Topper changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Ramdas tries to land a sweep but no joy. Topper drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Topper seems to have locked his on tight now - Ramdas screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Topper, as he picks up the win!
