Harter changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Rosenthal looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Rosenthal avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Harter. Harter throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Harter scores with punches from side control. Rosenthal is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Harter looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
