The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saki tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rua paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Saki will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Saki fails to land the takedown.
Saki shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Rua as he avoids it easily.
Dante Rua has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Oroku Saki.
Saki closes this distance looking for a takedown but Rua circles away.

Martin comes to the cage accompanied by Invincible By Adelitas Way. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
