Grundy buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Grundy lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Grundy has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Drexler finds it's way round the side to connect with Grundy's head.
Drexler throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Grundy.

White shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Herdy pinned against the cage. Herdy gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

White is real pain and he's forced to tap out! White is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Herdy couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Flodder shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Faber eats them both and turns towards Flodder to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Flodder will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Flodder lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Faber goes down and covers up as Flodder starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kees Flodder! Kees Flodder retains his bantamweight title!
