1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Nham Thashi! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight stays on the outside here - Reese looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Reese keeps the fight on the outside. Reese buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Reese cracks Thashi with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
It looks like Nham Thashi has been cut. Reese tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Reese tries to clinch but Thashi moves out of range. Thashi lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Reese circles away quickly and effectively. Thashi looks gassed! Reese wants to clinch but Thashi slips to the side enabling Thashi to counter with a crisp jab. Thashi gets tackled into the ropes by Reese. Reese maintains the clinch. Thashi takes an elbow to the forehead. A frustrated look appears on Thashi's face as he tries to break the clinch. Thashi taking a breather. Thashi swings away with an uppercut that misses.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Reese blocks an uppercut.
Thashi is trying to maintain a safe position but Reese gets an underhook and turns Thashi into the ropes.
That's one minute gone in the round. A frustrated look appears on Reese's face as he tries to break the clinch. Reese can't break the clinch.

Reese dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Thashi. That did some damage! Reese rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Thashi moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Thashi circles away from the clinch attempt.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Reese takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
That has opened up Nham Thashi's cut even more. Reese changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Thashi circles away from the clinch attempt.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Firebird misses the shot to the body. Firebird avoids the head kick by Gonzalez.
Firebird throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Gonzalez lands a leg kick that knocks Firebird off balance momentarily. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Firebird lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Gonzalez has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Gonzalez and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Gonzalez misses with a wild combination.

Gonzalez lands with a slapping head kick. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Gonzalez lands a really nice looking cross but Firebird seems unphased.

Gonzalez cracks Firebird with a left hand that drops him to the canvas, up against the ropes! Can Firebird get back up in time? 3, 4, 5, 6, 7... he's on one knee... 8, 9... he's up! 'Walk towards me' says the referee. Firebird looks steady enough to continue so we're going to continue!
Firebird is rocked! A slapping leg kick lands for Gonzalez.
Oh Firebird is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Firebird tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Firebird is breathing heavily. OH! Firebird has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Gonzalez smells blood and charges in for the finish! Gonzalez unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Firebird sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick misses from Lee. Lee rushes Tumoko and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch. Lee is trying to stall.
Tumoko misses with a shot to the kidneys.
A short left from Lee. Lee lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Tumoko backwards. Tumoko goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Tumoko tries to throw a body punch but Lee avoids it by throwing Tumoko back against the ropes. Lee breaks from the clinch.
Tumoko wants to clinch but Lee slips to the side and Lee counters with a good low kick that Tumoko was not able to check. Tumoko looks to clinch and Lee counters by clinching up. Lee pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Lee cracks the inside of Tumoko's front leg. Lee clinches with his opponent.

Lee lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Lee lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Tumoko is still on wobbly legs! Can Lee finish him? Lee cracks Tumoko with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Tumoko is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Tumoko is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Tumoko could not beat the count!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Takeda keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Takeda takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Takeda lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of The Icepick backwards. The Icepick's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Takeda connects with a knee to the head.
Takeda breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Takeda thows a body shot but no joy. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Takeda takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
The fight stays on the outside here - Takeda looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Takeda throws a combination that misses and The Icepick cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. The Icepick closes the distance looking to clinch and Takeda makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. The Icepick really felt that one! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The Icepick is rocked! Takeda lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as The Icepick crumples to the floor! Takeda milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stark works over Snuka's head and body with a nice combination. Nice defenses there by Stark. A decent looking cross lands there for Snuka. Snuka blocks a low kick nicely. Stark swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Snuka jabbing away but nothing is landing. Snuka tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Stark was well out of range. Poor timing from Snuka. Stark ducks under a wild hook from Snuka. Stark lands a nice hook to Snuka's body. Snuka takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Stark rushes Snuka and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch. Stark blocks a punch to the side of the head.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Stark clinches up against the ropes. Still in the clinch, Stark scores with a nice short uppercut. Snuka tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Stark putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Snuka in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Stark lands with a light punch inside. Stark throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Snuka blocks it with crossed arms. Stark lands with a short head shot on the inside. Stark is leaning against Snuka and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Stark unloads a knee to the mid-section. A right handed body shot lands from Stark.
Stark lands a good knee to the midsection. Snuka won't want to take too many of those. Stark lands a nice shot to the body. Stark's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Stark lands a really nice looking cross but Snuka seems unphased.

Snuka takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Stark clips Snuka with a right and a left that makes him do the chicken dance for a couple of seconds. He touched his left hand down on the canvas so the referee steps between the fighters to give Snuka a standing 8 count before we can continue the bout. Oh Snuka is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Snuka walks straight into a solid jab from Stark. Oh, it looks like it's stumbled him! Stark follows up with a big combo - a right followed by a left that knocks Snuka out cold! Snuka toppled like a tree, face planting on the canvas. Wow, that was brutal!
