12 - 19 - 0, fighting out of London, John Flare! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Eildon Heap! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Daniel Bishop and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Flare wants to slow Heap down by chopping away at his legs. Flare throws a head kick but Heap moves out of range.
Heap defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Flare. Flare throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Flare misses with a hook
and Heap counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Heap thuds a left hand into Flare's body. Some wild striking there from Flare.
Flare needs to keep his hands up - Heap had a free shot at his head there. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Heap fails in his attempt to clinch. Flare moves into the clinch. Heap wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Flare has him pressed against the cage. Heap is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
That's one minute gone in the round. Heap gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Flare.
Flare is breathing heavily. Flare prevents Heap from breaking the clinch. Heap is trying to break free. Heap trying to stall but Flare improves his position.
Heap wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Heap tries to circle away but Flare has him pinned against the cage. Flare drops down looking for an ankle pick but Heap pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Flare. That's going to take a lot out of him. Heap has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Flare finds it's way round the side to connect with Heap's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Heap slaps away a takedown attempt from Flare, before circling back to the center of the mat. Flare misses with a two punch combination.
Heap connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Flare avoids the head kick by Heap.
Heap scores with a crisp jab that stopped Flare in his tracks.
Flare is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Heap moves into the clinch. Oh Flare is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Heap trying to control the position but instead, Flare has worked for underhooks and has pushed Heap into the cage. Heap looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Flare prevents Heap from breaking the clinch. Heap tries to throw a body punch but Flare avoids it by throwing Heap back against the cage. Heap escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Flare seems to have got his legs back now. Heap tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Flare manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A decent looking cross lands there for Heap. Flare tries to clinch but Heap moves out of range. Heap dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Heap drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Flare's head, knocking him out cold! Heap is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bell swats away the attempt to clinch by Bjj. Bjj tries to clinch there but Bell circles away.
Bell lands with a right hand. Bell lands a jab. Bell moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Bjj misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Bjj takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Bjj moves in looking to clinch but Bell pushes him off. Bjj tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bell swats him away and circles back towards the center. Bell throws a series of strikes that have Bjj backpedaling.
Bell wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Bell is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. This has been an exciting period of action! Bell scores with a leg kick.

Bjj is trying desperately to land a takedown but Bell is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Bjj. Bjj tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Bell finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Bjj takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Bell sizes up Bjj with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Bjj's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bell connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bjj scrambles back to his feet. A cross from Bell lands. Bjj takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
This has been an exciting period of action! Donk. Bell catches Bjj right on the button with a cross. Bell scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Danga de danga de dang - Bell scores with a four punch combination!
Bjj is rocked! Bjj tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bell sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bjj somewhat. Bjj is still on wobbly legs! Can Bell finish him? Bjj fails with the takedown and Bell counters with a good, hard body kick but Bjj shrugs it off. Bjj seems to have recovered his senses. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Bell delivers a nice body kick. Bell connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Bjj fails to land the takedown. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jab, jab by Bell - just one landing. Bjj shoots in for a double leg but Bell sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Joe Bell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sparbot Bjj. Bell lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Bell. Bell is working the combinations to good effect here. Bell keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Bjj is breathing heavily. Bjj crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Bell - the referee stops the clock and Bjj gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Bell. Bjj manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Bjj tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Bell manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Bjj takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Bjj tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joe Bell dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Sparbot Bjj's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! DeNero takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Brookins misses with a straight left. Brookins keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from DeNero. Brookins throws a head kick that half lands.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Brookins enables DeNero to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Brookins manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Brookins working for a triangle but DeNero defends it easily.
DeNero sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Brookins's guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! DeNero is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Brookins is just riding it out for now. DeNero eventually gives up the hold. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. DeNero prevents Brookins from improving his position. DeNero is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Brookins sees it coming and defends easily. DeNero seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Brookins does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Robertson manages to get full guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Js trying to control the position from guard on top but Robertson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Robertson can do anything to dispel that myth. Js stands and throws Robertson's legs to the side, diving into side control. Js prevents Robertson from escaping the position. Js working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Js is working to tighten is grip on Robertson's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Robertson has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Js is really squeezing tight and eventually Robertson passes out! Js breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

17 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Ray Hardy! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Daniel Bishop and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! James misses with a right hand and Hardy finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Hardy is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. James throws a left and a right that both miss
and Hardy counters with an inside leg kick. A combination from James does no damage. James misses with a jab to the body
and Hardy makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Hardy uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from James. Hardy instigates a clinch. Hardy lands an uppercut. Hardy might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control James kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
