The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Polunu cracks a nice hook into Tracy's ribs. Polunu throws a one two combo.
It looks like Patrick Tracy has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The crowd cheers as Polunu lands an impressive looking overhand right. Tracy doesn't seem phased though. Polunu scores with a nice head shot. Polunu misses with a wild combination.
Tracy takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Polunu with a body punch. A glancing blow. Tracy lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Tracy pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Polunu punishes Tracy's body with a nice straight punch. Polunu jabs at Tracy's body. Polunu lands with a straight right. Tracy didn't see that one coming. Polunu is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Polunu smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Tracy's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Polunu connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Tracy scrambles back to his feet.

Tracy is rocked! Polunu lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Tracy falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Delcin. Delcin shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Cauthon is trying to defend but Delcin finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Cauthon has hold of Delcin's hands but Delcin slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Cauthon is looking for a sweep. Delcin is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Cauthon looks like he's trying to stand up.
Delcin working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Cauthon regains full guard. Nicely done. Cauthon working a defensive guard here.
Cauthon is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Delcin has his hands clasped together but Cauthon extends an breaks Delcin's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Cauthon.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lowell uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wagner.
Lowell shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Wagner defends it nicely. A decent looking body kick lands there for Wagner. Lowell looks to throw a body kick and Wagner counters with a stiff right hand. Good work by Wagner as he checks the leg kick. Wagner lands a body shot.
Lowell misses with an attempted mid kick.
Wagner rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lowell moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Lowell slips a jab and a cross from Wagner.
Lowell closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Lowell is looking to take a break and control but Wagner is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Lowell has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Wagner is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Lowell yanks on the arm and Wagner is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Lowell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dela Cruz slaps away a takedown attempt from Rizal, before circling back to the center of the mat. Dela Cruz misses with the combination.

It looks like Jose Rizal has been cut. Dela Cruz swats away the attempt to clinch by Rizal. Rizal tries for a takedown but Dela Cruz sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Dela Cruz closes the distance and clinches. Dela Cruz really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Rizal is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Dela Cruz to keep the fight standing. Juan Dela Cruz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jose Rizal. Rizal wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Dela Cruz has him pressed against the cage. Rizal is looking to take this one to the mat. Dela Cruz's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Rizal shoots in for a takedown but Dela Cruz shows good takedown defense.

He's now in the guard on the top. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rizal not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Rizal is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Dela Cruz defends well. Dela Cruz wants to get up but he can't break Rizal's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Rizal pulls Dela Cruz in close to his closed guard and prevents Dela Cruz from doing any damage or advancing position. Dela Cruz decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Dela Cruz keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Rizal shoots in for a double leg but Dela Cruz sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Dela Cruz clinches. Dela Cruz keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Rizal's efforts to push away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rizal tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Dela Cruz just stands there and leans against the cage. Rizal tries to pull guard but Dela Cruz forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rizal jumps guard but Dela Cruz turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Rizal is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Dela Cruz to keep the fight standing. Rizal wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Rizal fails to pull the fight into his guard.

He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Rizal looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Timmons tries to clinch up and Albini counters with a takedown into side control. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Albini landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Albini lands some shots froms side control. Timmons tries to bench press Albini off him but Albini keeps the position. Timmons takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Albini lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. This has been an exciting period of action! Albini is putting a hurting on Timmons here, landing some big shots from side control.
