The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Beerbom darts in and clinches Lazarus up against the cage. Beerbom drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Lazarus gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Lazarus has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Beerbom avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Lazarus looking for a takedown. Lazarus has Beerbom pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Lazarus pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Beerbom tumbling to the mat - Lazarus dives into Beerbom's guard. Lazarus postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Beerbom is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Lazarus, into his guard. Beerbom stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lazarus swivels though and keeps the full guard. Beerbom advances position into side control!
That's one minute gone in the round. Lazarus is being controlled here. Beerbom misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Beerbom scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Lazarus to see if he's OK. Lazarus really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Beerbom. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Lazarus is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Beerbom has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Beerbom working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Lazarus is looking to get back to his feet here but Beerbom is keeping cool and he's managed to take Lazarus's back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lazarus trying to get back to his feet but Beerbom is in full control for now. Beerbom throwing sloppy strikes. Lazarus prevents Beerbom from getting a body triangle. Lazarus has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.

Beerbom gets his hooks in and is throwing strikes. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Beerbom throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Lazarus!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Beerbom's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Martinez looks for a takedown but Aleksejev sprawls well. Aleksejev closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Martinez's guard. Aleksejev working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Aleksejev throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Aleksejev stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Martinez swivels though and keeps the full guard. Aleksejev's corner is telling him to maintain position. It looks like Aleksejev might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Aleksej Aleksejev was stalling too much, according to the referee. Martinez leaves Aleksejev with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Martinez tries to clinch up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Aleksejev closes the distance and clinches. Martinez drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Aleksejev gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Aleksejev decides to pull guard. Martinez missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Aleksejev really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Martinez. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Aleksejev manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Martinez manages to get himself to full guard.

Martinez throwing strikes but Aleksejev manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control! Martinez is looking for a sweep. Victor Martinez has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The referee asks Aleksejev politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Aleksejev prefers to stall for the moment though.
And that's the end of the fight! Aleksej Aleksejev comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Aleksejev has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Bosco shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Draven defends it nicely. Eric Draven seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Parker ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bada moves away. Bada misses with a straight right. Parker instigates a clinch. Parker breaks the clinch.

Parker drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Bada manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Parker has Bada in his guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bada throwing strikes but missing.

Stefan shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. The fighters are battling for position here. Blane manages to regain full guard. Stefan scores with a takedown into Blane's guard. Stefan drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Stefan as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Blane screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Stefan! Nice submission victory there!

Velasquez fails to land the takedown. Velasquez takes a kick to the side of the head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Velasquez fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Comradi avoids it really well and circles away. Horrible takedown by Velasquez or perhaps it was just good defense by Comradi which made him look bad. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Velasquez looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Comradi desperately trying to maintain half guard. Velasquez is pressing down on Comradi's thigh, looking to free his foot. Comradi is holding on for now. Velasquez passes to full mount! Velasquez sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tion takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Tion paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Hewitt looks to throw the jab but Tion is out of range. Hewitt dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Tion lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hewitt circles away quickly and effectively. Some wild striking there from Hewitt.
Hewitt throws a nice looking combination but Tion bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Hewitt, as that shot connected.
