The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Goncalves looking to score a takedown here. Dos Santos is defending well but Goncalves drives through and ends up in Dos Santos's guard. Dos Santos looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Goncalves gets to his feet. Dos Santos looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Goncalves throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Dos Santos's head. Excellent takedown into side control there by Goncalves. Dos Santos prevents Goncalves from improving position. Goncalves in side control, just content to control the action for now. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dos Santos struggling a bit here. Goncalves working the head and body with strikes. Dos Santos is being controlled here.

Dos Santos is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Goncalves is trying to control. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Law misses with the combination.
Law throws a jab when Fisher was well out of range. Law connects with a nice looking jab.
Law lands a lovely overhand right. Law with a body punch. A glancing blow. Fisher ducks under a wild hook from Law. Fisher slips under a jab. Fisher walks into a jab. The fighters circling - Law throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Fisher connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Law looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Fisher closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Law did well to prevent Fisher getting side control. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Law looking for submissions off his back. Fisher not landing any meaningful shots this time. Law looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Law actively working from the bottom here. Law is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Fisher scores with a couple of nice shots. Fisher really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Law. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Law looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Law looking for submissions off his back. Fisher drops an elbow to the side of Law's head. Law keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Fisher working over Law with some ground and pound. Law looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Law is refusing to be controlled, as Fisher sits in half guard. Law looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Fisher wants to take a breather but Law is having none of it. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Fisher lands a nice short elbow.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Law has hold of Fisher's hands but Fisher slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Fisher lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Law actively working from the bottom here. Law makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Law. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Law looking for a guillotine here but Fisher defends easily.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Law keeping moving, preventing Fisher from controlling successfully. Fisher throwing strikes but missing. Fisher scoring with punches to the head and body. Fisher lands a couple of digs. Law looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Fisher is defending well. Law quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Fisher has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Law celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lanzoni shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Eduardo but Eduardo pushes him off and we're back to square one. Eduardo tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Eduardo scores with a crisp jab that stopped Lanzoni in his tracks. Lanzoni shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Eduardo sprawls well. Eduardo wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lanzoni gets slowly back to his feet. Lanzoni tries to clinch but Eduardo moves out of range. Lanzoni slips a jab from Eduardo. A telegraphed right hand from Eduardo misses the target. Lanzoni misses with a head kick.
Eduardo connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Lanzoni shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Lanzoni trying to control the action but Eduardo is working from the bottom.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Lanzoni is on top in guard.

Eduardo looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Lanzoni puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Eduardo slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lanzoni trying to control the position from guard on top but Eduardo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Eduardo is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Lanzoni is controlling him.

Eduardo wants to sweep but no luck. Lanzoni trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Eduardo scores with a leg kick.
Sloppy strikes from Eduardo. Those never looked like landing. Paulo Eduardo is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Eduardo moves to clinch but Lanzoni breaks away and Lanzoni counters with a nice double leg into side control. Eduardo won't be happy with that. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Eduardo tries to bench press Lanzoni off him but Lanzoni keeps the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Kevin Lanzoni will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Eduardo digs a good body shot into Lanzoni's ribs. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Lanzoni. Lanzoni shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Paulo Eduardo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Eduardo bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Lanzoni's head backwards. Eduardo lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Lanzoni is rocked! Lanzoni tries to clinch but Eduardo is having none of it. Oh Lanzoni is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Eduardo looks to land a combination but Lanzoni avoids it well. Eduardo scores with a push kick. Lanzoni slips a jab and a cross from Eduardo.
Lanzoni seems to have got his legs back now. Lanzoni fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Eduardo avoids it really well and circles away. Horrible takedown by Lanzoni or perhaps it was just good defense by Eduardo which made him look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kevin Lanzoni. That's going to take a lot out of him. Eduardo chopping away at his opponent's legs.
That's one minute gone in the round. A lazy left from Eduardo finds it's target. Nice body punch from Eduardo. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Eduardo loads up on a big right hand but Lanzoni slips the punch. Eduardo leaves Lanzoni with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Eduardo fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Lanzoni, pushing him back against the cage. Eduardo putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Lanzoni in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Eduardo is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Lanzoni pulls him back up using the underhooks. Eduardo escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Eduardo misses with an uppercut. Lanzoni saw that one coming. Eduardo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. A right-left combo lands from Eduardo. Eduardo keeps the fight on the outside. Lanzoni throws a head kick that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Eduardo clinches with his opponent.
This has been an exciting period of action! Eduardo has Lanzoni pushed against the cage. Eduardo's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Eduardo tries to clinch but Lanzoni moves out of range. Kevin Lanzoni is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Eduardo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Eduardo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Lanzoni ducks under a wild hook from Eduardo. Lanzoni walks into a stiff left hand from Eduardo. Eduardo scores with a jab. Lanzoni acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Lanzoni changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Eduardo tries to avoid it but Lanzoni manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Eduardo to the ground. Eduardo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lanzoni tries to keep at a distance but Eduardo has taken the fight into the clinch. Eduardo is pushing Lanzoni up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Lanzoni throws a punch but it's blocked by Eduardo. Lanzoni changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Eduardo fights it off and pushes away nicely.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Lanzoni crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Eduardo - the referee stops the clock and Lanzoni gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Eduardo. Lanzoni manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Eduardo gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Lanzoni takes a knee to the side of the body. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Eduardo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Eduardo dips to his left and cracks Lanzoni with an uppercut! Eduardo bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Lanzoni's head. Eduardo has Lanzoni up against the cage in a clinch.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Eduardo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Paulo Eduardo showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

That's going to take a lot out of him. Eduardo connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Lanzoni's hands. Lanzoni takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Lanzoni looks up at the clock. Bad move! Eduardo lands a right hand from hell, dropping Lanzoni. Eduardo pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:37 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Paulo Eduardo! In his post fight interview, Paulo Eduardo started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lemos wants to clinch and Relva counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Relva. Relva tightens his grip and picks Lemos up, before dumping him to the ground. Lemos manages to land in guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Relva postures up.
Relva pushing down on Lemos's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Lemos wants to improve his position but Relva is controlling well.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Relva bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Lemos's guard. Relva controlling from the top position. Relva wants to pass the guard but Lemos is keeping the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Relva slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Lemos is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Relva with a nice head shot there. Relva looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
We're going to have a standup here because Antonio Relva wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Lemos gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Relva to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Relva preventing the sweep. Maicon Lemos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. An inside leg kick lands from Lemos. Nice body kick there by Lemos. Relva closes the distance and clinches up with Lemos, looking for a takedown. Relva pushes Lemos against the cage but Lemos circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Lemos throws a right hand that Relva ducks under and follows up with a left that Relva also avoids with ease. Lemos misses with a wild combination.

Relva throwing strikes from guard but Lemos blocks nicely. Relva is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Relva gets to his feet - Lemos follows without any prompting. Lemos throws a series of punches but Relva avoids them all with ease. Lemos throws a head kick that misses. Lemos is breathing heavily. Relva is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Lemos.

Rodrigues scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Crush doesn't seem bothered though. Crush fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Rodrigues. Crush moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Rodrigues has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Crush. Crush lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Rodrigues in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Rodrigues throws out a powerful jab. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Rodrigues checks a leg kick. Crush scores with a spinning back kick!

Rodrigues takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Rodrigues fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Crush on the side of the head. Crush is looking to land body kicks. Rodrigues scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Crush. Rodrigues lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Rodrigues lands a really nice looking cross but Crush seems unphased.
Crush is rocked! Rodrigues lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Crush can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Rodrigues and Crush drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Rodrigues.

8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jose Pinto! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Emerson Jorge and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oliveira throws a series of punches but Pinto moves out of range. Pinto fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Oliveira manages to avoid it. Oliveira tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pinto swats him away and circles back towards the center. Oliveira really is a fat lump. Oliveira throws a hook to the side of Pinto's head but Pinto sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Pinto dives in and scores a takedown into Oliveira's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pinto drops back, looking for a kneebar! Oliveira looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Oliveira looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Oliveira! Oliveira wants to control but Pinto is keeping him busy. Pinto is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Oliveira off and has taken his back! Oliveira wants to get back to his feet. Pinto is persistently looking for the submission but Oliveira is defending it well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Pinto is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Oliveira won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Pinto off his unconscious opponent!
