Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Floyd Chapman II (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Issac Oliver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Floyd Chapman II had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 136.2lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Issac Oliver enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Oliver.
Oliver fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Chapman II tries for a takedown but Oliver sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Oliver connects with a good right hand that stumbles Chapman II. Chapman II circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Oliver goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Chapman II rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Oliver's guard! Nice work there by Chapman II!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Stern postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Sternis looking to pass into half guard but Bak pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Bak is in guard.

Bak gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Bak tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Bak scores with a crisp jab that stopped Stern in his tracks.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bak steps in with a hook that catches Stern right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Bak follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Stern looks absolutely devastated.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Plant scores with a jab to the jaw.
Morales takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Plant misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Morales shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Plant as he avoids it easily.
Morales shoots in looking for a takedown. Plant tries to sprawl out of it but Morales keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Plant manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Plant shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Morales as he avoids it easily.
Plant buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Plant gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Plant isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Morales stacks Plant on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Morales!

Morales wants to control but Plant is keeping him busy.
Plant tries to bench press Morales off him but Morales keeps the position.
Morales throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Plant on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
Plant is looking to regain half guard here but Morales keeps moving and retains side control.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Morales accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Plant slaps away a takedown attempt from Morales, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Plant moves out of range of the strikes.
Plant tries to close the distance and clinch but Morales swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Morales fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Plant throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Plant shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Morales pinned against the cage. Morales gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
No luck for Plant with that takedown attempt.
Plant lands with an uppercut that bounces Morales off the cage and back into range.
Morales stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Plant.

Plant fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Plant rushes Morales and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Plant lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Plant lands with a short shot to the head.

Good anti-grappling being displayed by Morales as Plant tries to tie him up.
Plant lands a shoulder strike.
Plant stalling in the clinch but Morales improves position.
Morales prevents the takedown attempt.
Morales looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Morales blocks an elbow strike.
Plant lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Morales is trying to break free.
Plant blocks an uppercut.
Plant lands with a left to the head.
Plant trying to stall but Morales improves his position.
A frustrated look appears on Morales's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Morales misses with a hook from the clinch.

Morales tries for a takedown but Plant manages to get underhooks.
Plant controlling the action here for a moment.
Plant tries to work over Morales's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Morales is trying to drag Plant to the mat but Plant just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Morales jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Plant walks away with a smile on his face. Morales gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Plant looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Plant tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Plant moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Plant bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Morales taking punishment in the form of punches.
