Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Olle Koskinen!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mahti Sonni!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Fedor Mirinova and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sonni swats away the attempt to clinch by Koskinen.
Sonni tries to clinch up but Koskinen circles away and keeps his distance.
Sonni scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Koskinen doesn't seem bothered though.
Sonni misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Horrible takedown by Sonni or perhaps it was just good defense by Koskinen which made him look bad.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Sonni connects with a nice short shot to Koskinen's temple.
Sonni seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Koskinen does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Koskinen lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Sonni has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Sonni and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

That was a close fourth round but I would say that Olle Koskinen will probably get the nod.
