The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stegnin is looking to clinch.
Van Braam looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Mangetsu Hozuki.

Octopus looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Holmstad is defending well. Octopus quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Holmstad has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Note jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Ukkonen is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Ukkonen and Note has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Note stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Ukkonen shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Note eats them both and turns towards Ukkonen to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Note shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ukkonen pinned against the cage. Ukkonen gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tom Pazur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Conroy Blevins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pazur moves into range and clinches up with Blevins.

Blevins utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
