Riddle wants to stand but Dux is controlling the position.
Dux stands and throws Riddle's legs to the side, diving into side control.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Dux has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Riddle is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Dux yanks on the arm and Riddle is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Dux.

Cauthon throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Tomas stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Tomas throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cauthon's waist but Cauthon gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tomas off to one side.
Tomas takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

It looks like Bobby Roode has been cut.
Hallak throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Roode's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Hallak dives in looking to finish as Roode flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Hallak's strikes! Hallak is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Roode's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Roode was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

Franklin really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Morrenove really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Franklin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Franklin is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Morrenove to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Morrenove shrugs it off.
