The fight stays on the outside here - Muay Thai looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Oliveira is standing up over Muay Thai. Muay Thai looks to escape but Oliveira dives into side control.
Oliveira remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Muay Thai really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Oliveira. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
