The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flintoff tries to bum rush Hamara with a series of wild strikes but Hamara uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Turo Hamara seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hamara throws a right hand that Flintoff ducks under and follows up with a left that Flintoff also avoids with ease.
Hamara throws a head kick but Flintoff moves out of range.
Hamara lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hamara steps in with a hook that catches Flintoff right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Hamara follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Flintoff looks absolutely devastated.

He tries to recover but Aurelius pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Vanaja is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
