2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Marcus Adams! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ahmadaliev gets tackled into the cage by Adams. Adams maintains the clinch. Adams tightens his grip and picks Ahmadaliev up, before dumping him to the ground. Ahmadaliev manages to land in guard. Adams stopping the sweep attempt from Ahmadaliev. Ahmadaliev keeping moving, preventing Adams from controlling successfully. Ahmadaliev keeping full guard, as Adams tries to pass. Ahmadaliev utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Ahmadaliev looking to hit a scissor sweep but Adams is one step ahead there. Ahmadaliev manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Adams wants to control but Ahmadaliev is having none of it. Ahmadaliev goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Adams turns into him and now he's in Ahmadaliev's guard.

Adams really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ahmadaliev. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Adams is looking for a sweep. Ahmadaliev working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Ahmadaliev wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Adams, who protects the arm well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ahmadaliev tries to advance to mount but Adams denies him. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ahmadaliev controlling the position. Ahmadaliev tries for a kimura but Adams is defending well. Ahmadaliev swings around for an armbar but Adams sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Ahmadaliev's guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Ahmadaliev keeping full guard, as Adams tries to pass. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ahmadaliev doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Adams closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Adams turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Adams taking a breather here. Ahmadaliev on the wrong end of some ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ahmadaliev tries to get back to half guard but can't. Ahmadaliev is not content to let Adams control the position. Adams is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Ahmadaliev has escaped the position, nice work there.

Adams drops an elbow to the side of Ahmadaliev's head.

Ahmadaliev is trying to get back to full guard. Ahmadaliev looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Adams seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Ahmadaliev trying to control but Adams postures up.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Adams is taking a breather. Ahmadaliev says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Adams trying to control the action but Ahmadaliev is working from the bottom. Ahmadaliev looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Adams controlling the action here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ahmadaliev makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Ahmadaliev. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Adams smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

This isn't 1993 though, so Ahmadaliev shrugs it off. Ahmadaliev seems to have got his legs back now. Adams connects with a bit shot that sees Ahmadaliev covering up! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Likebull wants to clinch but Dumile slips to the side and Dumile counters with a nice double leg into guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Likebull controls Dumile momentarily but Dumile frees himself. Dumile won't allow Likebull to get back to his feet. Dumile lands a couple of decent looking shots. Likebull throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Dumile passes into half guard. Dumile with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Likebull is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Dumile jumps into side control!
That's one minute gone in the round. Dumile grinds an elbow into Likebull's temple. Dumile is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Likebull is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Dumile working the ground and pound. Dumile lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Likebull down.

Likebull grimaces as he takes a shot to the body. Dumile has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Dumile throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Likebull!
Likebull is trapped and Dumile is scoring with shots to the head and body. I really don't envy Likebull right now.
What can Likebull do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

Dumile sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Likebull's guard.

I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Dumile seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Likebull on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Dumile lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Dumile is working for a submission of some sort.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Odin throws a series of punches but Dude avoids them all with ease. Dude staying out of range there. Surfer Dude seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A chopping leg kick lands by Dude. Dude misses with a head kick.

Dude throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Odin moves out of range as Dude throws a body kick.

Dude is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Odin. Dude gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. The fighters circling - Odin throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Dude bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Dude misses with an uppercut. Odin saw that one coming. No joy there for Odin, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Dude keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Odin. Odin on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Odin misses with an uppercut. Dude saw that one coming. A jab lands there for Dude.
It looks like Vic Odin has been cut. Odin misses with a series of wild punches.
Dude ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Odin moves away. Dude connects with an inside leg kick. Odin cracks Dude with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Dude tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. The crowd cheers as Dude lands an impressive looking overhand right. Odin doesn't seem phased though. Dude throws a nice head kick!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Odin throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Dude counters with a nice body kick.
Odin throws the left hand but Dude avoids the punch easily. Odin connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Dude's hands. Dude scores with a nice strike. Odin shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Odin!
Odin takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Odin looks gassed! Odin misses with a double jab
and Dude counters with a body kick that stops Odin in his tracks momentarily. Dude tests Odin's chin there with a solid looking shot. Odin throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheers as Dude lands an impressive looking overhand right. Odin doesn't seem phased though.
Odin is rocked! Odin walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Odin limp body while Dude jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Surfer Dude! An intense looking Surfer Dude took to the microphone post fight and gave a little speech: 'Are we done here? Gotta go catch a wave man, a wave...'.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stevens tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Jackson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. The fight stays on the outside here - Stevens looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Jackson pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Stevens throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Stevens scores with a kick to the midsection. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jackson turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Jackson explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Stevens tries to bum rush Jackson with a series of wild strikes but Jackson uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Jackson throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Stevens looks gassed! Jackson pulls out of a head kick attempt.

De Santos's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Bad Mojo has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brace throws a hook to the side of Evans's head but Evans sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. War Brace seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Brace shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Evans as he jumps to the side. Brace looks for the body kick but Evans saw that one coming. Evans misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Brace stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Evans misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Evans misses the shot to the body. Brace scores with a push kick. Brace swings for the body but Evans moves out of range.

A head kick misses from Evans. Brace has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Evans. Brace gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Evans, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. A very excited looking Kauko Partio rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Some bone on bone action there as Gushiken checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Pfeifer tries to score with a low kick but Gushiken moves his leg out of the way. Pfeifer throws out a powerful jab. Gushiken scores with a hook to the body. Pfeifer takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Gushiken connects with a body shot that sends Pfeifer's belly button to the back. Gushiken lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Gushiken darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Pfeifer tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Gushiken is able to avoid easily. Pfeifer throws a jab when Gushiken was well out of range. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Pfeifer looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. A swing and a miss from Pfeifer. Nice uppercut there from Gushiken.
Pfeifer is rocked! A slow jab from Pfeifer misses its intended target. Pfeifer is still on wobbly legs! Can Gushiken finish him? Gushiken checks a leg kick. Pfeifer falls off balance throwing a combination
and Gushiken counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Yoko Gushiken dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
