The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vinicius shoots in for a double leg but KIng Jr sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
KIng Jr misses with a series of wild punches.

Vinicius shoots in and gets a takedown into KIng Jr's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Vinicius chips away with some ground and pound.
Vinicius makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
KIng Jr is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones shoots in for a takedown but Gundam shows good takedown defense.
Jones tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gundam sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jones somewhat.
Jones slips a jab and a cross from Gundam.
Jones wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Gundam scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

It looks like Jon Jones has been cut.
Gundam catches Jones with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Jones doesn't manage to clinch there - Gundam circles away.
Jones has a takedown stuffed.

Gundam swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Jones shoots for a double leg takedown but Gundam sprawls well. He's pushed Jones's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Jones throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Jones has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Gundam finds it's way round the side to connect with Jones's head.

Jones is rocked!

Jon Jones's cut is getting worse.
Jones switches off momentarily and Gundam cracks him with a monster right hand! Jones topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Gundam dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Gundam!

Burning Gundam seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.

Vlad Fresh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Burlow throws a low kick but it's checked well by Fresh.
Fresh tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Burlow paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Says thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Says is looking to take a break and control but King is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

King shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Says is in a horrible position here. King smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Says is bucking up trying to escape but King cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
King is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Says can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Says wants to control but King is having none of it.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
King takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
