The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sachz shoots in and bounces Jobber off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Sachz's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Sachz postures up and lands a big shot to Jobber's brow.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hidhen misses with a takedown attempt - Zummi sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Hidhen is looking to clinch but Zummi is avoiding it.

Hidhen clinches up against the cage.
Come on Hidhen - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Hidhen goes for a takedown attempt but Zummi pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Hidhen shoots in but Zummi avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Steve Zummi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Azaran Hidhen.
Zummi throws a jab but it's blocked by Hidhen.
Hidhen misses with a takedown
and Zummi counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Zummi shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Hidhen eats them both and turns towards Zummi to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Hidhen has a takedown stuffed.
Hidhen looks gassed!
Zummi lands with a good body shot.
Zummi throws a leg kick but Hidhen moved away.

Zummi lands a left and a right that send Hidhen crashing to the mat, dazed. Zummi thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Hidhen is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Zummi looks to land a left hand but Hidhen moved out of range nicely.
Hidhen is still on wobbly legs! Can Zummi finish him?
Hidhen drops his hands for a split second and Zummi immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Hidhen face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Zummi follows up with a right hand that knocks Hidhen into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

Michael Griffin is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Griffin lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Boges takes a jab right on the kisser.

Boges is rocked!
Griffin is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Boges flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Boges is out cold! Griffin holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

I think Moonra might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Cosmic Gate - Back 2 the future. Chris Lappin told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Born hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Zdr tries to score a power double leg takedown but Black sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Zdr somewhat.
Donk. Black catches Zdr right on the button with a cross.
Chada Zdr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Black lands with a nice body punch.
Zdr takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Black takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Zdr shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Black sprawls well. Black wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Zdr gets slowly back to his feet.
Black lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Zdr tries to bum rush Black with a series of wild strikes but Black uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Zdr. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Daniels is trying to control the position but Nolan postures up.
Daniels is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Daniels shoots for a double leg takedown but Nolan sprawls well. He's pushed Daniels's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Nolan is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Daniels to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Daniels shrugs it off.

Nolan tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Daniels is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.

Nolan is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Nolan extends the arm and Daniels is forced to tap!

In his post fight interview, Chris Nolan started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Kari Tapio!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Colin Fotheringham and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Lynch.
Jamie Lynch seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tapio with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Tapio avoids a punch combination nicely.
An inside leg kick lands from Tapio.
Lynch shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Tapio sprawls well. Tapio wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lynch gets slowly back to his feet.
Lynch takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Lynch is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lynch throws a head kick but Tapio moves out of range.
Tapio throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Tapio cracks Lynch with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

It looks like Jamie Lynch has been cut.
Tapio scoring well with a low kick there.
Tapio circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Lynch to the canvas! Lynch doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Tapio keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
