The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carlin shoots for a double leg takedown but Man sprawls well. He's pushed Carlin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Carlin looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Carlin wants to free his trapped foot but Man is holding on for dear life with his legs. Man is defending against the submission attempts here by Carlin.
Carlin scoring with strikes to the body and head. Man tries to roll over but Carlin keeps him under control. Carlin is looking for a kimura here.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Carlin controlling the action here. Carlin drops an elbow to the side of Man's head.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Matice Jr looks to score with a jab to the body but King is just out of range. Matice Jr scores with a hook to the body. King takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. King keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. King throws a leg kick but Matice Jr sees it coming and checks it nicely. Matice Jr shoots in but no luck this time. King misses with a straight right. King misses with a two punch combination.
Matice Jr defending well as King loads up on a big left hand. King lunges at Matice Jr with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Matice Jr's hand. King walks into a straight right hand from Matice Jr. Matice Jr throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around King's waist but King gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Matice Jr off to one side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gregory Matice Jr. That's going to take a lot out of him. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Grimnir thows a body shot but no joy. Grimnir misses with a looping right. Grimnir fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Ottis sprawls well initially but Grimnir persists and gets the takedown into half guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Ottis looking for submissions off his back. Grimnir thows a huge punch but Ottis dodges it nicely.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A jab from Dudley finds it's way through Tanaka's defenses. Tanaka slips a straight right by Dudley. A jab from Dudley does it's job there. Tanaka avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tanaka dodges the punch combination from Dudley.
Dudley connects with the punch. Tanaka keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Dudley. A nice inside leg kick there by Tanaka. That's going to slow Dudley down. Dudley misses with a two punch combination.
Dudley cracks Tanaka with a right hand to the side of the head. Dudley lands a glancing blow to the side of Tanaka's head. Dudley jabbing away but nothing is landing. Tanaka is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A solid leg kick lands there for Tanaka.
Tanaka closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Dudley quickly recovers to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tanaka is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Dudley! Dudley working to try and regain half guard.
Tanaka raining down shots from the mount! Dudley wants to hold on but Tanaka pushes him away. Tanaka dominating with strikes here. Tanaka pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Dudley is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. The referee warns Dudley that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Dudley is rocked! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Tanaka landing shots from mount. Dudley is still in real trouble! Can Tanaka finish him? Tanaka with a couple of short strikes. Tanaka is landing with some decent strikes but Dudley is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Tanaka loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Dudley scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Tanaka land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Tanaka stands and salutes the crowd.

Triton breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Pede tries to keep at a distance but Triton has taken the fight into the clinch. Pede has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Triton after a bit of a struggle. Triton's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Good standup being displayed there by Triton as he connects with a hook. Pede shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Triton counters with a takedown into side control. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Stan Pede. That's going to take a lot out of him.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Pede goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Triton has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Pede but great work by Triton. Pede is letting Triton control him for a moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Levanen fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Levanen shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Michaels's guard. Levanen wants to stand but Michaels has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Michaels is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Levanen is controlling him. Michaels manages to escape and get back to his feet.

It looks like Relentless AD has been cut. Rua connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Rua, as that shot connected.
AD shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Rua sprawls well. Rua wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. AD gets slowly back to his feet. Rua tries a head kick but it misses.
AD throws a chopping leg kick but Rua manages to avoid taking any serious damage. A momentary lapse in concentration from AD enables Rua to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. AD manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. AD has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rua can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Rua pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. AD is keeping the position for now. AD working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rua doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rua manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Rua uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before AD has time to react. Rua connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rua dives in and scores a takedown into AD's guard. AD had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Rua defends it easily. Rua slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rua gets to his feet. AD looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! AD swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Rua lands a high kick!

Rua connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent AD tumbling to the canvas! Rua pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! AD was done - good stoppage!

9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Air Canada! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Canada lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Idea lands with a nice body punch. Canada swings away with a body shot that misses
and Idea counters with a straight right hand. Idea throws a nice looking combination but Canada bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Idea lands a nice shot to the body.
Idea chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Canada doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Canada misses with a takedown attempt and Idea counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Canada! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Idea lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Idea looking to finish Canada with some ground and pound. This is bad for Canada! Idea lands a heavy elbow. Idea takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Idea cracks Canada with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Canada really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Idea. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Idea looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Canada slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Canada is looking for a sweep. Idea is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Idea with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Idea drops an elbow to the side of Canada's head. Idea wants to pass to mount but Canada is defending the position. Idea is trying to control. Canada wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Canada trying to control from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Idea thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Idea is trying to control the action in half guard but Canada is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Idea is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Idea has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Idea seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Idea is keen to just control but Canada is a slippery customer. Nice strikes from Idea there. Canada wants to improve his position but Idea is controlling well.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Idea is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Idea controlling his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Idea is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Idea!
