The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dikiy scores with a crisp jab that stopped Marie II in his tracks. A nice leg kick lands there from Marie II. Marie II digs a good hook to Dikiy's body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Marie II misses with a jab, cross combination.

Marie II lands a high kick to the side of Dikiy's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Marie II dives into guard, looking to finish.
It looks like Volodya Dikiy has been cut. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Dikiy wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Marie II manages to pass to side control. Dikiy looks gassed! Marie II is thwarting Dikiy's attempts to control the position. Marie II has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Dikiy defend it? Marie II steps over the head and cranks it - Dikiy is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Marie II!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tankard displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Burcev throws out the jab. Tankard ducks under a wild hook from Burcev. Burcev throws a hook but Tankard avoids it easily. Tankard takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Burcev lands a nice hook to Tankard's body. Tankard takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Burcev swinging wildly here.
Tankard misses with a straight left. This has been an exciting period of action! Burcev looks to land a left hand but Tankard moved out of range nicely. Tankard dives in and grabs Burcev's left leg, looking for a takedown. Burcev pushes down on Tankard's head and hops out. Burcev looks to land a right hand but Tankard moved out of range. Burcev misses with a straight right. Nice defenses there by Tankard. Tankard looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Tankard shoots in for a double leg but Burcev sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Adam Tankard. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tankard ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Burcev misses with a hook.
That's one minute gone in the round. Burcev throws a jab when Tankard was well out of range. Burcev scores with a crisp jab that stopped Tankard in his tracks. Burcev misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Nice takedown defense from Burcev. No joy for Tankard on that attempt. Tankard slips a jab from Burcev. Burcev rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tankard moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Burcev pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Tankard back to the cage. Burcev follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Burcev cracks a nice hook into Tankard's ribs. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Tankard misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Sergey Burcev is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Burcev is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Tankard. No luck for Tankard with that takedown attempt. Burcev rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Tankard counters with a stiff right hand. Tankard fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Tankard is breathing heavily. Burcev swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A telegraphed right hand from Burcev misses the target. A jab from Burcev misses. Burcev might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. A jab from Burcev misses. Tankard shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Tankard landing shots from mount. Tankard with a couple of short strikes. Burcev is trying to escape the mount.
Tankard trying to control but Burcev is having none of it. Burcev is trying desperately to improve position. Burcev really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tankard. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tankard working for a submission but Burcev is keeping him at bay. Burcev holds on to Tankard as tight as he can, avoiding damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tankard controlling from mount. Burcev wants to control but Tankard is having none of it. Burcev working to try and regain half guard.
Tankard with shots to the head and body - Burcev looks very uncomfortable down there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tankard punishing his opponent with strikes. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Tankard tries to control but Burcev wriggling away. Tankard looking to control and managing it successfully. Tankard scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Tankard is landing with some decent strikes but Burcev is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Tankard wants to control the pace but Burcev is squirming around nicely. Tankard pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Tankard looking to finish Burcev with some ground and pound. This is bad for Burcev! Burcev tries to hold on but Tankard pushes him away. Tankard cracks Burcev with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Adam Tankard dominated that round. That's time! Tankard's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Burcev looks to land a combination but Tankard avoids it well. Tankard on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Burcev keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Burcev rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tankard moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Burcev thows a left - swing and a miss! Burcev misses with a lunging right hand
and Tankard counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tankard stuns Burcev with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Tankard connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Burcev! He's out on his feet! Tankard rushes in and drops Burcev with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:37 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Adam Tankard! Adam Tankard got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'

A momentary lapse in concentration from Graungaard enables Opasen to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Graungaard manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Opasen drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Opasen jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Graungaard will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Opasen stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Graungaard swivels though and keeps the full guard. Opasen prevents Graungaard from getting back to his feet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Graungaard keeping moving, preventing Opasen from controlling successfully. Opasen is pushing down on Graungaard's leg trying to pass to half guard. Graungaard is fighting to maintain full guard but Opasen has managed to sneak the leg through. Opasen seems to be looking for submissions.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by Rigogo. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Rigogo tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. McGordon is looking for a sweep. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if McGordon can do anything to dispel that myth. McGordon regains half guard, as Rigogo was trying to land strikes. Rigogo is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Rigogo is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Rigogo is nestled in close to McGordon, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Rigogo sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed McGordon's guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. McGordon is trying to stand.

McGordon has hold of Rigogo's hands but Rigogo slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Rigogo passes the guard and advances to mount! Rigogo throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for McGordon because Rigogo loaded up on that one.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Rigogo postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. McGordon looks a forlorn figure.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rigogo pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Rigogo wants to control the pace but McGordon is squirming around nicely. BOOM! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A momentary lapse in concentration from Rurikov enables Kapila to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Rurikov manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Rurikov had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Kapila defends it easily. Rurikov is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Kapila looking to pass the guard. Sobolev working the head with strikes. Sobolev in side control lands a decent elbow. Vengrio takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Sobolev scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Vengrio is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Sobolev can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams scores with a spinning back kick! Williams is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
It looks like Oliver Mctwist has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Mctwist slips a straight right by Williams. Williams staying out of range there. Williams connects with a right hand. Mctwist shakes it off. Williams slips under a jab. Mctwist throws a one two combo.
Williams throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Nice body punch from Williams. Mctwist is breathing heavily. Williams goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. A nice leg kick lands there from Williams. Mctwist throws a jab but it's blocked by Williams. Oliver Mctwist seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Williams tries to close the distance and clinch but Mctwist swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Williams thows a body kick. Mctwist tries to catch it but that hurt him. Mctwist takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Williams digs a good body shot into Mctwist's ribs. Williams tries to clinch but Mctwist is having none of it. Williams cracks Mctwist with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Williams has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Mctwist to stand back up!
Mctwist is rocked!
