The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lee scores with a three punch combo!
Lee will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Experiencia swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Lee shoots in for a takedown but Experiencia shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Experiencia scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lee waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Experiencia. Experiencia jabs Lee right on the nose. Lee blinks but takes it well. Lee manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Experiencia on his heels. He'll look to pass Experiencia's guard now, I'm sure. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Experiencia looking for a guillotine here but Lee defends easily.

Lee content to stall in guard here. Experiencia escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lee gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Lee wants to control from the top but Experiencia keeps moving. Lee cracks Experiencia with a solid left hand.

Experiencia can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Lee is looking to escape. Lee is in all sorts of trouble here.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Lee is working hard here to advance position. Experiencia with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.

That was a close round but I would say that Hitmon Lee will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Experiencia stuffs the takedown attempt from Lee. Lee gets slowly back to his feet. Nova Experiencia seems to be getting the better of the standup. Some bone on bone action there as Experiencia checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Lee paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Experiencia tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lee swats him away and circles back towards the center. A swing and a miss from Lee. A swing and a miss from Lee. Experiencia scores with a jab to the head.

That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Lee working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Experiencia's head. Lee chips away with some ground and pound. Experiencia is looking for a triangle but Lee pushes his legs off easily.

He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Experiencia for as long as he can get away with. Experiencia seems to have recovered his senses.

A combination from Lee does no damage. Experiencia scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Experiencia leaves Lee with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Experiencia moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Lee throws an overhand right that lands on Experiencia's shoulder, as Experiencia tries to avoid the shot. Experiencia needs to keep his hands up - Lee had a free shot at his head there. Experiencia misses with a few strikes there.

Experiencia is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Lee is aware though and is defending well. Experiencia takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Lee lands a couple of decent looking shots. Experiencia looking for a guillotine here but Lee defends easily.
Lee with a flurry of punches that miss. Lee with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Lee throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Experiencia works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Experiencia is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Lee gets to his feet and stands over Experiencia, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Experiencia felt that one! Lee unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Experiencia from any more punishment!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cowell tries to land a front kick but Fish steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Cowell avoids the body shot from Fish.
Fish lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Cowell circles away quickly and effectively. Fish misses the jab. Cowell blocks a head kick by Fish.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Fish tries to throw a body punch but Cowell avoids it by throwing Fish back against the cage. Fish throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Cowell blocks a body shot from Fish. Cowell is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Fish. Fish pushes Cowell back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Cowell tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Fish smiles and moves away.
Fish connects with a body shot that sends Cowell's belly button to the back. Fish clobbers Cowell with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. The fight moves into the clinch position. Fish tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Cowell's elbow.

Fish digs a right hand into Cowell's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Cowell's gas tank. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Fish scores with a shot to the side of Cowell's head. Fish is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Cowell can do to turn this around? Nice body punch from Fish. Fish lands a left hand that snaps the head of Cowell backwards. Fish lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Cowell. Fish lands a shot to the body. Cowell takes a shot to the head. Cowell is breathing heavily. Fish tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Cowell's elbow. Fish scores a nice knee to the body.
Fish creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Cowell's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Cowell drops to his knees and Fish pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Wattson takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Bean's corner calls for a 1-2. Bean obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
That has opened up Ron Wattson's cut even more. Bean throws out a loose jab but Wattson uses good head movement to avoid it. Bean throws a hook to the side of Wattson's head but Wattson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Wattson looks for a takedown but Bean sprawls well.

Bean stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Wattson lunges at Bean with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Bean's hand. Bean misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Wattson.
Butter Bean is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Bean throws a shot from downtown. Wattson moves away and avoids it. Wattson throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Bean avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Oooooh!!! Bean has knocked Wattson down with a huge combo! Bean steps away and waves a wobbly Wattson back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
The cut above Ron Wattson's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Ron Wattson's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Bean is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Wattson flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Wattson is out cold! Bean holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
