The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice sprawl there from Aguero as Silva shoots in. Silva throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Aguero counters by moving into the clinch. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Aguero lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
It looks like Scott Silva has been cut. Aguero with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

It connects and Silva has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Silva looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Aguero has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Silva tries for a takedown but Aguero sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Sergio Aguero is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Aguero throws a head kick but Silva moves out of range.
Aguero throws a right hand that Silva ducks under and follows up with a left that Silva also avoids with ease. Silva has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Aguero. A bone on bone clash there as Aguero blocks the leg kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Aguero keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Silva waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Aguero. Horrible takedown by Silva or perhaps it was just good defense by Aguero which made him look bad. Aguero throws a head kick that Silva semi-blocks.
Silva tries to score a power double leg takedown but Aguero sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Silva somewhat. Aguero with a body punch. A glancing blow.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Aguero throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Silva has taken the fight to the clinch.
Sergio Aguero seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Aguero lands with a right to the head. Silva tries to work over Aguero's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Silva letting Aguero take a breather here. Silva is trying to pull guard but Aguero turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Silva gets control of Aguero's arms and successfully pulls guard. Silva will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Silva can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Aguero controls the pace. Scott Silva has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Let's hope that Aguero has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
And that's the end of the fight! Sergio Aguero comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Aguero has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Menezes shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Coleman throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Menezes on the side of the head. Menezes on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Charles Menezes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Coleman displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Menezes. Coleman changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Coleman drops Menezes with a beautiful combination! Menezes stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Coleman is looking for the KO!

It looks like Charles Menezes has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Coleman lands an uppercut, right on the button! Menezes tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Sutmasnabela lands a nice short elbow.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sutmasnabela drops an elbow to the side of Dillaway's head. Dillaway is trying to get back to full guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Dillaway has hold of Sutmasnabela's hands but Sutmasnabela slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Skjelbred lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Blimm tries for a takedown but Skjelbred sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Blimm misses with a low kick. Blimm misses with a leg kick. Blimm connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Skjelbred shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Blimm shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Skjelbred defends it nicely. A head kick misses from Blimm. Skjelbred avoids the body shot from Blimm.

Skjelbred is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Blimm is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Skjelbred is defending well. John Skjelbred has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bobby Blimm. Blimm tries to circle away but Skjelbred has him pinned against the cage.

Skjelbred seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Blimm is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Blimm drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Skjelbred dives on top into guard. Blimm keeping moving, preventing Skjelbred from controlling successfully. Skjelbred has gone for a leg lock! Blimm slips out almost immediately though and dives into Skjelbred's guard. Blimm trying to control but Skjelbred is working from the bottom.

Skjelbred has escaped and now he's on top! Blimm manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Skjelbred manages to get himself to full guard.
Blimm won't allow Skjelbred to sweep him here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Blimm throwing strikes but missing. Blimm wants to control from the top but Skjelbred keeps moving. Blimm postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Skjelbred is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Blimm, into his guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Antunes closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Freire to the mat! Freire manages to get full guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Freire throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Antunes won't allow Freire to sweep him here. Antunes wants to control from the top but Freire keeps moving. Antunes with a flurry of punches that miss. It's a sloppy attempt though and Antunes jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Antunes content to stall in guard here. Freire looking to hit a scissor sweep but Antunes is one step ahead there.

Antunes got a little sloppy there for a moment and Freire has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Antunes has managed to get both his arms back between Freire's legs - danger averted. Freire wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Gerson Antunes wasn't active enough on the ground. Antunes manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Freire on his heels. He'll look to pass Freire's guard now, I'm sure.

The fighters circle, before Antunes throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Freire's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Antunes lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Castle. Sackett looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Castle lands a nice looking kick to the body. Sackett takes a step back to recover. Sackett takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Castle tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Sackett moves out of range of the body kick. Castle lets loose with a powerful body kick. Sackett will feel that in the morning. Sackett takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
A solid body kick from Castle. Castle thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Sackett if he has to take too many more of those.

Sackett's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Castle connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Sackett scrambles back to his feet. Nice body kick from Castle. Castle pushes Sackett away with a front kick.

Castle is pushing Sackett up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Riley rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Almer moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Almer fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Riley has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Almer feints a jab promting Riley to slip. Almer then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Riley slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Riley cracks Almer with an open hand slap. Almer will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Riley ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Almer moves away. Riley jabbing away but nothing is landing. Riley throws a leg kick which misses Almer's front leg but catches the back leg as Almer tries to avoid it. Riley landing strikes from the mount and Almer is in trouble! Almer on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Almer tries to get out of the position. Riley lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
