The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Assassin scores with a head kick. Givens tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Givens is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Givens looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Givens gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Assassin counters with an inside leg kick.
Givens shoots and misses

and Assassin counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Assassin drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Assassin seems to have locked his on tight now - Givens screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Assassin, as he picks up the win!

Hari throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.

Foster scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Foster stops Hari from getting back to his feet.

Foster is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Hari defends it well.

Foster is trying for a kimura here. Hari looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Foster wins by kimura!

Cooper takes the fight into the clinch.

Cooper tightens his grip and picks Hogan up, before dumping him to the ground. Hogan manages to land in guard.
Cooper engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Cooper connects with a couple of short punches.
Cooper has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Hogan looking for a sweep. Not yet Hogan , not yet.
Cooper wants to pass the guard but Hogan is keeping the position.

Hogan has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Cooper should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Hogan has tightened it up now! Cooper should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
