The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silva walks into a left hand. Silva looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Jackson tries to bum rush Silva with a series of wild strikes but Silva uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Jackson throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Some wild striking there from Jackson.
Jackson looks to land a combination but Silva avoids it well. Jackson feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Silva sprawling to the canvas! Silva rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Jackson finish him?!
It looks like Leonardo Silva has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jackson fails to land with a series of punches.
Jackson keeps the fight on the outside. A punch combination from Jackson misses. Jackson throws a head kick but Silva moves out of range.
Jackson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jackson throws a series of punches but Silva moves out of range. Silva's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Jackson connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Silva scrambles back to his feet.
Silva is rocked! A combination from Jackson does no damage. Oh Silva is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Jackson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jackson plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Silva swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Silva face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!

A very excited looking Lee Jackson made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dio looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Belfort misses with a combination
and Dio counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Belfort tries to throw a body punch but Dio avoids it by throwing Belfort back against the cage. Belfort wants to break the clinch but can't.
Dio pressing his opponent against the cage. Dio seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression. Belfort lands a right hand. Dio effectively controlling the action here. Dio lands a left hand.
Dio blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Belfort is trying to drag Dio to the mat but Dio just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Belfort jumps guard but Dio turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Dio displaying some good clinch control by pressing Belfort up against the cage. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Dio as Belfort tries to tie him up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dio slowing the pace effectively. Belfort tries to break free but Dio pushes him back against the cage. Dio will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Belfort up against the cage. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Zack Dio. Belfort with a lazy takedown attempt and Belfort takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Zack Dio has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matheus Belfort. Belfort clinches. Dio just leaning against Belfort, taking a breather. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Zack Dio. Belfort rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dio moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Belfort misses with the combination.
Sloppy strikes from Belfort. Those never looked like landing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Belfort moves into range and clinches up with Dio. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Dio slows down the pace here.
Dio gets a warning from the ref for wasting time. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Zack Dio. Dio lands with a shot to the body. Dio connects with a body shot. Belfort looks gassed! Belfort takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Dio cracks Belfort with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
It looks like Matheus Belfort has been cut. Dio has taken the fight to the clinch.
Come on Dio - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dio lands a right hand that snaps the head of Belfort backwards. Belfort tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Dio throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Belforts head. Dio stalling against the cage.
The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Dio for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Zack Dio. Dio lands a big right hand that sends Belfort crashing to the mat! Dio stays standing though and waves Belfort back to his feet! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Belfort misses with a takedown attempt and Dio makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Dio sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Belfort's defenses. It connects perfectly with Belfort's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pitbull throws a half hearted mid kick. Pitbull gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Zamolxis. Pitbull shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Zamolxis pinned against the cage. Zamolxis gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Ronaldo Pitbull seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pitbull closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Pitbull is trying to drag Zamolxis to the mat but Zamolxis just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Pitbull tries to break the clinch but Zamolxis is controlling the position. Zamolxis trying to land knees to the body.
Zamolxis lands an elbow inside. Pitbull is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Zamolxis trying to land knees to the body.
Pitbull can't get the takedown.
Damocles Zamolxis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ronaldo Pitbull. Pitbull is trying to break free. Pitbull looking for a takedown.

Zamolxis escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Zamolxis throws a jab when Pitbull was well out of range. Pitbull drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Zamolxis prevents Pitbull from improving position. Pitbull passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Zamolxis! Zamolxis on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Zamolxis tries to get out of the position. Pitbull working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Zamolxis looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Pitbull! Submission of the night perhaps?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! mAn tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Calais is able to avoid easily. mAn leaves Calais with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. mAn circles away from the clinch attempt.
mAn throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. mAn fails with a takedown attempt. Excellent takedown into side control there by Calais. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Calais trying to control the action but mAn is working from the bottom. A lull in the action here as Calais stalls from top position. mAn wants to control but Calais postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. mAn defending against the ground and pound. mAn is trying to improve his position. mAn is trying to control Calais's posture but Calais avoids it. Calais trying to control the position but mAn is working away. mAn wants to control but Calais postures up.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Calais shoots in for a double leg but mAn sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. mAn throws a sloppy head kick and Calais moves out of range easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A shot to the liver by Calais. Beautiful body shot. mAn instigates a clinch. Calais throws a punch but it's blocked by mAn. Calais tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Calais pushes mAn back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. mAn gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Calais regains guard.
mAn trying to control but Calais is working from the bottom. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! mAn passes into half guard. Calais trying to control from the bottom.
mAn seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Calais does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. mAn controlling the pace. Calais is trying to stand up here but mAn is controlling him well. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Calais wants to control but mAn is keeping busy and won't allow it. Calais has hold of mAn's hands but mAn slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Calais trying to control but mAn postures up.
Calais wants to get back to full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. mAn looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. mAn decides to stand up. Calais looks gassed!
That's four minutes gone in the round. mAn throws a body punch but Calais moves out of range. Calais tries to clinch but mAn moves out of range. Calais shoots in for a takedown and gets it. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Calais trying to control from half guard but mAn is working away. mAn trying to control here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. mAn flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Kik mAn will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Calais moves into the clinch. mAn is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Calais gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. mAn prevents a body shot from Calais. mAn gets control of Calais's arms and successfully pulls guard. mAn will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. mAn trying to keep a closed guard but Calais is proving a slippery customer.
Kik mAn overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. mAn being controlled here, momentarily. Calais stands up over mAn, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Calais postures up in mAn's guard and throws a big left but mAn blocks it. mAn is trying to control the position but Calais postures up. Calais must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Calais got a little sloppy there for a moment and mAn has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Calais has managed to get both his arms back between mAn's legs - danger averted.
That's one minute gone in the round. mAn looking to hit a scissor sweep but Calais is one step ahead there. Calais drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and mAn dives on top into guard. Calais is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. mAn avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
mAn trying to control the position from guard on top but Calais is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. mAn drops back looking for a leg! Calais is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Calais manages to kick mAn off! mAn jumps back into Calais's guard. Calais working for a triangle but mAn defends it easily.
Calais is breathing heavily. mAn postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's three minutes gone in the round. mAn throwing strikes from guard but Calais blocks nicely. mAn decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Calais, up you get! mAn tries to score a power double leg takedown but Calais sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten mAn somewhat. Calais gets the takedown into side control. Calais stands up and we're back to a striking position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. mAn keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. mAn moves in looking to clinch but Calais pushes him off. Calais fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Calais fails to land the takedown. Kik mAn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of William Calais. mAn closes the distance and clinches. mAn decides to pull guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! mAn lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Calais! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. mAn lands a big shot there that rocks Calais but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

That was a close second round but I would say that Kik mAn will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
mAn shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. mAn prevents Calais from getting the reversal. mAn has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Calais's face.
mAn looking for a guillotine from mount but Calais is having none of it. Calais tries to lock up and control but mAn gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. mAn controlling his opponent. mAn can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Calais is looking to escape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Calais can't escape the position.
Calais tries to hold on but mAn pushes him away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. mAn looking to control but Calais is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. mAn looking to control and managing it successfully. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Calais is in a horrible position here. mAn smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. mAn is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Calais can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
mAn tries to control but Calais wriggling away. mAn controlling from the full mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Calais is squirming around, avoiding mAn's attempts to control the action. mAn is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Calais is surviving well by controlling mAn's body position as best he can. mAn content just to control the position here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Calais keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
mAn connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. mAn unloads with some shots from mount but Calais bucks and avoids them well.
William Calais has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Kik mAn is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. mAn lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
And that's the end of the fight! Kik mAn showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for mAn, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Laranja comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Danga de danga de dang - Matos scores with a four punch combination! Matos bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Laranja's head. Laranja misses with a hook. Laranja thows a body shot but no joy. The crowd cheers as Matos lands an impressive looking overhand right. Laranja doesn't seem phased though. Matos throws a big shot that misses. A punch combination from Laranja misses. Matos lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Matos throws a shot from downtown. Laranja moves away and avoids it. Matos throws a poor cross that misses
and Laranja decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Matos's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Matos is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Laranja is stalling in the full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Laranja trying to control the position from guard on top but Matos is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

letting Laranja counter with a right hand. Matos uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Laranja. Laranja takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Matos lands with an overhand left. Vitor Matos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Matos throws out a token jab with nothing on it. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Laranja. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Laranja shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Laranja is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Matos to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Matos shrugs it off. Matos is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
