The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Beaver tries to sprawl but Cole drives through with a takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Cole is nestled in close to Beaver, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Cole lands a nice short elbow.
Cole really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Beaver. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Beaver looking for submissions from an awkward position here.

Beaver is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Cole pulls his head out easily.

Beaver has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Cole. Oh but Beaver has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Cole goes limp - he's gone! Beaver jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!

I think Asylum might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Go to sleep bitch!! Die muthafucka DIE DIE!!!. The crowd seem to be enjoying Robinson's choice of entrance music: Kamikaze Kush- Gestapo. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Dog takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Dog is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hurt.

Dog postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Hurt is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Dog, into his guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Big Hurt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Crazy Dog.
Dog throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Big Hurt is winning the standup battle so far.

Dog feints and as Hurt raises his hands in defense, Dog changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Dog not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Crazy Dog comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Dog has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
