The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chernat shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Toni defends it nicely.

Toni closes the distance and pushes Chernat back into the cage.
Chernat is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Toni pulls him back up using the underhooks.

It looks like Florin Chernat has been cut.
Toni will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Chernat up against the cage.

Chernat's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Chernat changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Toni tries to avoid it but Chernat manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Toni to the ground. Toni escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Kidd is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Ain't No Sunshine. On his way into the cage it seems that Marcin Held has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Marcin Held seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Torres goes for a small jab and connects. Now Torres goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Baltabekov stumbles back but Torres runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Baltabekov to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Baltabekov will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

and Jung counters with a straight right hand.
Love walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Jung throws a nice looking combination but Love bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Jung dodges the punch combination from Love.
Love closes the distance and clinches up with Jung, looking for a takedown. Love pushes Jung against the cage but Jung circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Jung displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Love.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dan Love. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Jung counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Love thinking.
Jung stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Jung lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Villar enables Tokoro to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Villar manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
