The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A slapping leg kick lands for Monroe.
Monroe moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Monroe tries to clinch up but Drewnski circles away and keeps his distance. Drewnski has a takedown stuffed. Drewnski dives in and grabs Monroe's left leg, looking for a takedown. Monroe pushes down on Drewnski's head and hops out. Monroe slaps away a takedown attempt from Drewnski, before circling back to the center of the mat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ivan Drewnski. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chinaski lands a head shot. Chinaski ducks under a wild hook from Blackwood. Chinaski dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Blackwood tests Chinaski's chin there with a solid looking shot. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Blackwood throws the left hand but Chinaski avoids the punch easily. Chinaski dives in and grabs Blackwood's left leg, looking for a takedown. Blackwood pushes down on Chinaski's head and hops out. Chinaski bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Chinaski just misses with a punch to the body.
Blackwood doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Blackwood uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Chinaski.
Blackwood does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Chinaski throws an overhand right that lands on Blackwood's shoulder, as Blackwood tries to avoid the shot. Chinaski tries to close the distance and clinch up but Blackwood swats him away and circles back towards the center. Blackwood throws a hook to the side of Chinaski's head but Chinaski sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Blackwood throws a series of strikes that have Chinaski backpedaling.
Blackwood fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Chinaski on the side of the head. Chinaski lands a nice shot to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chinaski bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Blackwood comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Blackwood misses with a series of wild punches.
Blackwood closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Chinaski swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Chinaski dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Chinaski is looking to wear down Blackwood with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Chinaski swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Chinaski thuds his right hand into Blackwood's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Blackwood misses with a straight right. Chinaski fails with the takedown. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Chinaski lands with a cross. Blackwood misses with a looping right. Blackwood lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Chinaski circles away quickly and effectively. Blackwood throws a jab but it's blocked by Chinaski. A punch lands to the side of Blackwood 's head but he takes it in his stride. Chinaski moves into range and connects with a jab. Blackwood misses with a two punch combination.

Chinaski throws a nice outside leg kick. Chinaski lets loose with a powerful body kick. Blackwood will feel that in the morning. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Chinaski connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Jab by Chinaski. A big left from Blackwood misses. Blackwood misses with an uppercut. Chinaski walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Blackwood drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Chinaski swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Blackwood's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

After the fight, Hank Chinaski was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Axelsson explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Tocchet looks to score with a jab to the body but Axelsson is just out of range. Axelsson scores with a leg kick.

Axelsson stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Axelsson crunches a lovely knee into Tocchet's ribcage. Stalling in the clinch from Axelsson.
Axelsson gets a warning from the ref for wasting time. Axelsson lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Tocchet.

Tocchet is rocked! A head punch blocked on the inside by Tocchet. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Axelsson. Axelsson lands a shot to the body. Axelsson creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Tocchet with a big uppercut! Tocchet tries to clinch up but Axelsson pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Tocchet to the mat! Tocchet covers up and Axelsson unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pogi throws a body punch but Estima moves out of range. Pogi keeps the fight on the outside. Estima has managed to clinch.
Estima prevents Pogi from breaking the clinch. Estima should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Estima is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Pogi to keep the fight standing. Estima jumps into guard, dragging Pogi to the mat.
Pogi loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Estima looking for a sweep. Not yet Estima, not yet. Estima lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Pogi! Pogi is controlling an arm, preventing Estima from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.

That's one minute gone in the round. Estima looking for a guillotine from mount but Pogi is having none of it. Pogi tries to lock up and control but Estima gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Pogi is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Estima moves to the back. Pogi defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Estima has eaten all the pies!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pogi manages to reverse the position and now he's in Estima's guard. Nice work there by Pogi.
Estima is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pogi passes into half guard. Pogi wants to lay and pray for a moment but Estima keeps working. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Pogi connects with a nice short shot to Estima's temple. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Estima is trying to get back to full guard. Pogi will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Estima blocking the ground and pound attempt from Pogi. Pogi is keen to just control but Estima is a slippery customer.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Estima is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Pogi pulls his head out easily. Estima has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Pogi is working away from the top position though. Pogi prevents Estima from improving his position. Pogi missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Pogi is nestled in close to Estima, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Pogi lands with a punch from half guard. Pogi thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Estima blocking the ground and pound attempt from Pogi. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Pogi connects with a nice short shot to Estima's temple. The fighters are battling for position here. Estima manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Estima is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Pogi is aware though and is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pogi loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. This has been an exciting period of action! Pogi trying to control the position from guard on top but Estima is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Pogi scoring with some ground and pound. Estima can't keep his opponent in guard - Pogi advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Estima is defending against the submission attempts here by Pogi.
Estima looking to force a kimura from the bottom here. He's concentrating on that move too much though and Pogi pushes past his half guard into mount! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Estima is desperately trying to improve his position but Pogi has a good base and remains in mount. The referee warns Estima that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Arthur Pogi dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Estima avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Pogi looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Estima! Estima defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Pogi. Estima tries to reverse the position but Pogi maintains control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pogi wants to control the pace but Estima is squirming around nicely. Pogi cracks Estima with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Pogi lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Estima hang on?
That's one minute gone in the round. Pogi has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Estima's face.
Pogi can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Estima is looking to escape. Pogi postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Estima looks a forlorn figure.
Estima is squirming around, avoiding Pogi's attempts to control the action. Pogi raining down shots from the mount! Pogi connects with a bit shot that sees Estima covering up! More strikes from Pogi and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Pogi is our winner by TKO!

Barreda tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Puti was well out of range. Poor timing from Barreda. Barreda scores with a jab. Puti acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Barreda misses with a few strikes there.

Boy Puti overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Barreda really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Puti. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Barreda keeping full guard, as Puti tries to pass. Barreda looking to control.
Boy Puti has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Jesus Barreda is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Puti fails with a takedown attempt. Barreda misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Puti.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Boy Puti. I think Barreda has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Nichols is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Disaster to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Disaster shrugs it off. Nichols wants to take his opponent's back but Disaster doesn't allow it. Disaster is desperately trying to improve his position but Nichols has a good base and remains in mount. Nichols misses with a head shot. Nichols trying to control but Disaster is having none of it.
