The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Matos throws an off balance right hand
and Neto counters with a three punch combo that has Matos backing up. Matos nods at Neto to acknowledge the strikes. Neto fails with an attempt to clinch.
Neto shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Matos as he avoids it easily. Neto throws a left and a right that both miss
and Matos counters with a straight right hand. Neto misses with a two punch combination.
Matos throws a poor cross that misses
and Neto counters with a three punch combo that has Matos backing up. Matos nods at Neto to acknowledge the strikes. Matos throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Matos takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Matos is rocked!
It looks like Vitor Matos has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Neto throws a right and a left that Matos avoids nicely. Matos is still on wobbly legs! Can Neto finish him? Matos dodges the punch combination from Neto.
Matos is aggressively charging in as Neto backs up avoiding any damage. Neto tosses out a jab and Matos runs right into it face first! Matos is out cold! Neto dropped down on all fours and is barking in Matos's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vegas takes a swing at Ochu's ribcage but misses. Ochu fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Vegas, pushing him back against the cage. Vegas misses with a body punch.
A head punch on the inside from Ochu fails to land. Ochu lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Vegas backwards. Vegas tries to work over Ochu's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Ochu lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Ochu stalls. Ochu misses with a hook from the clinch. Vegas throws a punch but it's blocked by Ochu. A shot in the inside from Ochu. Ochu tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. A quick uppercut on the inside from Ochu. Ochu lands a left hand.
Ochu has a couple of punches blocked by Vegas.
Vegas misses with the head strike.

Ochu lands an uppercut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A nice left hand lands by Ochu.

Ochu softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Ochu throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Vegass head. Vegas goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Vegas is rocked! Ochu lands with a short head shot on the inside. Oh Vegas is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vegas lands a hook that snaps the head of Ochu backwards. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Ochu. Vegas is breathing heavily. Ochu lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Ochu makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Ochu is working Vegas over against the cage. Ochu is leaning against Vegas and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Vegas seems to have got his legs back now. Still in the clinch, Ochu scores with a nice short uppercut. Ochu pushes Vegas back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Ochu dips a shoulder and cracks Vegas with a mighty uppercut! Vegas falls back against the cage and Ochu unloads with a barrage of strikes! Vegas is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Ochu screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Auditore forces Lewis back against the cage and clinches. Auditore tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Auditore lands on the inside with an uppercut. Auditore scores with a knee to the head.
It looks like James Lewis has been cut. Auditore gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Lewis.
Auditore pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Auditore lands a really nice looking cross but Lewis seems unphased.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Auditore.
Auditore defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Lewis. Auditore throws a combination. Lewis tries to block but a couple of punches get through. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Lewis misses with a takedown attempt and Auditore counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Ezio Auditore has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Lewis. Auditore scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Decent striking displayed by Auditore there. Auditore bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Lewis's head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Auditore pushes Lewis up against the cage in a clinch. Lewis is trying to pull guard but Auditore turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Lewis doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
A shot in the inside from Auditore. Auditore breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Auditore lands with a straight right. Lewis didn't see that one coming. Lewis gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Nice uppercut lands for Auditore. That snapped Lewis's head back.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck with that takedown attempt from Solefald. Solefald throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Pencil's waist but Pencil gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Solefald off to one side. Solefald shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Pencil pinned against the cage. Pencil gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Valravn Solefald. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nice takedown defense from Pencil. No joy for Solefald on that attempt. Pencil gets caught napping as Solefald dives in and scores a takedown. Pencil manages to retain guard. Pencil wants to get back to his feet but Solefald is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Solefald's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Solefald passes Pencil's left leg - he's now in half guard. Solefald working over Pencil with some ground and pound. Pencil looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Ground and pound from Solefald.
That's one minute gone in the round. Solefald looks to land a strike but Pencil avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Solefald trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pencil is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Pencil can't keep his opponent in guard - Solefald advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Solefald thows a huge punch but Pencil dodges it nicely.
Solefald missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Pencil is looking to control Solefald's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Pencil avoid being mounted? Solefald is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pencil misses with some strikes from the bottom.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Solefald missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Pencil pushes Solefald off looking to stand but Solefald dives back in and keeps control.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Pencil is looking for a sweep. Solefald is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Pencil can do anything to dispel that myth. Pencil blocking the ground and pound attempt from Solefald. Solefald lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Solefald is nestled in close to Pencil, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Solefald looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Solefald is looking to take a break and control but Pencil is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Pencil is trying to stand.
Pencil taking some punishment here, with Solefald in his half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Pencil tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Solefald missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Solefald passes to side control. Solefald tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Solefald lands a decent elbow from side control. Pencil is trying to improve his position. Solefald working the ground and pound. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Pencil takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Solefald lands an elbow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Valravn Solefald dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wegscheider tries to score a power double leg takedown but Cardozo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Wegscheider somewhat. Sven Wegscheider seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Wegscheider shoots in looking for a takedown. Cardozo tries to sprawl out of it but Wegscheider keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Cardozo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Cardozo connects with the punch.

Ronan tries to avoid it but Laranja manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ronan to the ground. Ronan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Ronan uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Laranja.

Jecht winds up and cracks Maldini with a swinging punch to the side of the head. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Maldini is rocked! Jecht lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Maldini quite badly. Maldini pulls Jecht in close trying to recover. Jecht postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Maldini on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Maldini doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
