The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frajd misses with a takedown attempt - Shaunessey sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Mak Frajd seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Frajd shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Shaunessey throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Frajd stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Shaunessey.
Shaunessey tries to close the distance and clinch up but Frajd swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Frajd drives through with a takedown into Shaunessey's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
