Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dan Wayne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sasha Petrova (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wayne comes to the cage accompanied by DayDreamer. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Sasha Petrova was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Wayne or perhaps it was just good defense by Petrova which made him look bad.
Wayne tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Wayne misses with a takedown attempt - Petrova sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Wayne shoots in looking for a takedown. Petrova tries to sprawl out of it but Wayne keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Petrova manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dan Wayne. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Wayne tries to clinch up but Petrova pushes him back against the cage and lands another moster strike that crumples Wayne to the mat! Wayne covers up and Petrova unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

The ref is looking closely - Biello is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Biello is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
