The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kita dives in and scores a takedown into Natsi's guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Kita wants to control from the top but Natsi keeps moving.

Kita is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Natsi is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Natsi has escaped and now he's on top!

Kita seems a little lost for a moment, as Natsi dominates the positioning.

Kita knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Natsi on the ground.

Natsi goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Kita rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Natsi's guard! Nice work there by Kita!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Murch is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Man frees his head nicely. Oh but Murch has switched to an armbar! Man is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Xanther Xaimoungkhoun's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Conley connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Xanther Xaimoungkhoun scrambles back to his feet.

It looks like Xavier Xanther Xaimoungkhoun has been cut.
Conley lands a brutal head kick. Xanther Xaimoungkhoun looks out on his feet and Conley throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!

After the fight, Jyrska Velmu was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
