Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Arnfinn Nesset (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hanz Stokenhizer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nesset changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Stokenhizer misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Nesset throws an ugly left hook that misses

so Stokenhizer counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Nesset wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Stokenhizer manages to pass to side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nesset pushes Stokenhizer off looking to stand but Stokenhizer dives back in and keeps control.

Wolfe's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Moony connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Wolfe scrambles back to his feet.
Wolfe shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Moony defends it nicely.
Moony fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Wolfe misses with a kick to the body.

and Wolfe counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Wolfe looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Moony connects with a stiff jab that staggers Wolfe - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Davison. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Lynix cracks Davison with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Davison tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Lynix pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Davison is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Tyson throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Tyson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Rua sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Tyson feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Ruas jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Rua moves away from the strike by Tyson.
Rua works the jab nicely.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Rua - that will leave a mark!

Rua clinches up with Tyson and pushes him back against the cage.
Tyson has Rua pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Rua manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
