Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jumar Lumines (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bebe Nose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lumines is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Umberto Boksingero!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Bruno Barzini!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Donald Grub and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barzini lands a nice hook to Boksingero's body. Boksingero takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Barzini throws a body punch but Boksingero moves out of range.

Boksingero displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Barzini throws out the jab.

Barzini throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Boksingero uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Barzini.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Barzini crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Boksingero - the referee stops the clock and Barzini gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Boksingero. Barzini manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Boksingero lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Barzini has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Barzini and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Barzini in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Barzini might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Boksingero has got the better of the exchanges.

Boksingero feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Barzini sprawling to the canvas! Barzini rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Boksingero finish him?!

Barzini's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
This has been an exciting period of action!
