Nooberson's corner calls for a 1-2. Nooberson obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Horndorf takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Horndorf takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Nooberson connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Horndorf shoots in but Nooberson avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Nooberson punishes Horndorf's body with a nice straight punch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Horndorf attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Horndorf swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Nooberson swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Horndorf.

It looks like Paul Horndorf has been cut.
Horndorf takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Nooberson pivots, looking for a leg kick but Horndorf is out of range and Nooberson settles back down.
Horndorf throws a shot from downtown. Nooberson moves away and avoids it.
Some bone on bone action there as Horndorf checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Nooberson connects with a body shot.
Nooberson jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Nooberson ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Horndorf is breathing heavily.

Nooberson cracks Horndorf with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Horndorf looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Nooberson finish him?

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nooberson ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Oh Horndorf is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nooberson is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Horndorf flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Horndorf is out cold! Nooberson holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anchorez on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Schmoe. Schmoe obviously looking to wear him down.
Schmoe stuns Anchorez with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Schmoe lands a nice looking body kick.
No joy there for Anchorez, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Schmoe lands a really nice looking cross but Anchorez seems unphased.
Schmoe wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Schmoe changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Anchorez tries to avoid it but Schmoe manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Anchorez to the ground. Anchorez escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Schmoe scores with a head kick. Anchorez tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

It looks like Paulo Anchorez has been cut.

Schmoe closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Anchorez to the mat! Anchorez manages to get full guard.
Schmoe postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Schmoe throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Anchorez works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Schmoe pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Anchorez is keeping the position for now.

Schmoe has gone for a leg lock! Anchorez slips out almost immediately though and dives into Schmoe's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Schmoe looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Schmoe looking to hit a scissor sweep but Anchorez is one step ahead there.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Anchorez accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Anchorez might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Brody fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Moore manages to avoid it.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Moore avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Brody uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Moore has time to react.
Brody throws a hook but Moore avoids it easily.

Moore lands a big head kick that sends Brody tumbling to the mat! Moore takes a step backwards and waves Brody back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Moore closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Brody out cold! Brody corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
