and Thatcher counters with a head kick. Anthony Thatcher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Thatcher throws a combination that misses and Miller counters with a two punch combo. Miller looks to land a combination. Thatcher sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. and Williams counters with a lovely straight right hand! Oh Bradford is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Williams tries to clinch but Bradford is having none of it. Bradford misses with a kick to the body.

and Williams counters with a beautiful punch that sends Bradford to the canvas! Bradford is breathing heavily. Williams chips away with some ground and pound. Bradford is striking from the bottom but Williams uses the opportunity to pass into half guard. Bradford wants to get back to full guard but Williams has passed into side control. Williams in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Williams is in the full mount, landing strikes. Williams controlling the pace for now. Williams landing strikes from the mount. Williams takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Bradford takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Bradford bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Teppi Tarinashi! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Daniel Bishop and Richard Clark.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horrible takedown by Spackman or perhaps it was just good defense by Tarinashi which made him look bad. Spackman shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Spackman fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Spackman. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nice body punch from Tarinashi. Tarinashi will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
