The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vasconcellos closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Volodin looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Vasconcellos is taking a breather. Volodin says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Volodin is in trouble now - Vasconcellos has advanced to mount!
Vasconcellos content just to control the position here.

Volodin reaches up to try and control the position but Vasconcellos seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Volodin rolls and tries to escape and now Vasconcellos has his back!

Volodin gets caught flat footed, as Vasconcellos shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Vasconcellos is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Volodin has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Vasconcellos is working away from the top position though.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Vasconcellos creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Vasconcellos has Volodin pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Vasconcellos pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Volodin tumbling to the mat - Vasconcellos dives into Volodin's guard.

Vasconcellos lands a couple of elbows.

He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Vasconcellos looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Volodin can't hide his disappointment, as Vasconcellos celebrates the victory.

Gracie takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Chyn catches Gracie with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Gracie connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Chyn's hands.
Gracie takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Gracie walks forward, straight into a front kick from Chyn.
Chyn is looking to clinch.
Chyn has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

and Chyn counters with a nice low kick that buckles Gracie's knee momentarily.

Gracie misses with an uppercut. Chyn saw that one coming.
Chyn dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Gracie. That did some damage!

Chyn is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Gracie.

Horrible takedown by Gracie or perhaps it was just good defense by Chyn which made him look bad.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Chyn lunges at Gracie with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Gracie's hand.
Chyn lands a leg kick that knocks Gracie off balance momentarily.

Fielding can't get the takedown.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Michael Lee will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
