The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Zotov throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Zotov takes the fight into the clinch. Zotov tries to land a knee to the head but Jones blocks with his arms.
Jones is trying to force a seperation but Zotov has the dominant position. Jones wants to break the clinch but can't.
Zotov doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Zotov misses with a hook from the clinch. Zotov working aggressively here.
Zotov swings wildly with an uppercut but Jones uses good head movement to avoid it. Jones pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Jones has clasped his hands together around Zotov's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Jones trying to control the action but Zotov is working from the bottom. Jones tries to move to mount but Zotov blocks the move with his legs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zotov tries to get back to half guard but can't. Zotov regains half guard. Zotov trying to control but Jones postures up.
Zotov is looking to improve his position.
Zotov moves into full guard.
Jones trying to stand up but can't free himself from Zotov's guard. Jones with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Zotov keeping full guard, as Jones tries to pass. Zotov bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jones's guard. Jones can't keep his opponent in guard - Zotov advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Zotov is pressing down on Jones's thigh, looking to free his foot. Jones is holding on for now. Zotov throwing shots but Jones is blocking nicely. Zotov trying to control from half guard but Jones is working away. Zotov wants to free his trapped foot but Jones is holding on for dear life with his legs. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Jones blocking the ground and pound attempt from Zotov. Jones knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Zotov on the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Zotov throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Zotov trying to pass the guard but Jones defending well. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Zotov has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Zotov looking to finish Jones with some ground and pound. This is bad for Jones! Jones is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Jones gets back to half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jones is looking to escape. Jones is breathing heavily. Zotov lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Zotov stalling. Zotov seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Jones is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sosa lands a big head kick that sends Christian tumbling to the mat! Sosa takes a step backwards and waves Christian back to his feet - he wants the finish! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Christian shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Sosa is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Christian's half guard. Christian keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Sosa has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Sosa is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Christian is trying to get back to full guard. Sosa tries to stand but can't do so whilst Christian controls his leg. Sosa trying to control the action but Christian is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sosa wants to stand up but Christian has a hold of him and won't allow it. Sosa working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Christian's thigh. Christian counters though and makes it back to full guard. Sosa wants to control from the top but Christian keeps moving. Christian has his foot on Sosa's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Sosa works his way back into a safe position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sosa throwing strikes but missing. Christian has control of Sosa's left arm, preventing Sosa from doing any damage. Sosa trying to control the position from guard on top but Christian is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Christian wants to stand but Sosa is controlling the position. Sosa passes Christian's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sosa maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Christian could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Sosa has cracked it and Christian is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Sosa!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mcfly tries to clinch but Ross moves out of range. Mcfly looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ross is fending him off so far but Mcfly persists. Nope, Ross circles away and we're back to standing. Ross slaps away a takedown attempt from Mcfly, before circling back to the center of the mat. Ross rushes Mcfly and presses him up against the cage. Ross escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Mcfly tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ross swats him away and circles back towards the center. Ross keeps Mcfly at a distance using the push kick. Ross lands a slapping body shot.
This has been an exciting period of action! Ross lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
It looks like Marty Mcfly has been cut. Ross avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Marty Mcfly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mcfly doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Mcfly looks gassed! Mcfly tries to clinch up but Ross circles away and keeps his distance. Mcfly tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Ross manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mcfly shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ross pinned against the cage. Ross gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Artur Ross has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marty Mcfly. Ross rushes Mcfly and presses him up against the cage. Ross pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Ross avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Mcfly tries a head kick but it misses.
Mcfly takes a kick to the side of the head. Ross thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Mcfly if he has to take too many more of those.
Mcfly on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Ross drops Mcfly with a beautiful combination! Mcfly stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Ross is looking for the KO!
Mcfly is rocked! Ross darts in and clinches Mcfly up against the cage. Mcfly is still on wobbly legs! Can Ross finish him?
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ross breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Ross plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Mcfly to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Mcfly just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Meier looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Brudasek regains half guard. Brudasek looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Brudasek desperately trying to maintain half guard. Brudasek looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Brudasek gets back to full guard.
Brudasek looking for a triangle here. Meier is fighting it but it looks tight! Brudasek pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Meier is tapping out - this one is all over!

He catches Silva napping and manages to drive through into side control! Nowak tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Nowak working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Nowak is trying to get an arm triangle but Silva is defending well.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Malenko walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Bonini uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Malenko has time to react. Malenko shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bonini sprawls well. Bonini wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Malenko gets slowly back to his feet. Bonini connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Bonini throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Malenko takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Bonini tries to bum rush Malenko with a series of wild strikes but Malenko uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Malenko is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bonini. Bonini throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Malenko. Malenko falls off balance throwing a combination
and Bonini counters with a lovely straight right hand! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Malenko shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Bonini dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Malenko cracks a nice hook into Bonini's ribs. Malenko ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bonini moves away. Malenko misses with a combination
and Bonini counters with a stiff right hand. Bonini scores with a one two! Malenko had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Bonini feints a jab promting Malenko to slip. Bonini then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Malenko slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Malenko is rocked! Pavel Malenko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bonini is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Bonini shuts the power down on Malenko. Lights out, game over! Bonini is your winner.

Cruz displaying some good clinch control by pressing Summer up against the cage. Summer jumps guard but Cruz stands there with Summer around his waist. Summer gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Cruz misses with an elbow over the top. Cruz lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Summer backwards. Cruz lands a hook that snaps the head of Summer backwards. Cruz using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Summer has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Cruz digs a right hand underneath Summer's ribcage. Summer let out a lung full of air as it connected. A short right hand to the side of the head by Cruz.
