2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kadir Sahin! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Nard Betker and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A right-left combo lands from Sahin. Sahin connects with a body shot that sends Smit's belly button to the back. A good leg kick by Sahin. Sahin pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Sahin throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. A nice inside leg kick there by Sahin. That's going to slow Smit down. Smit looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Sahin gets back to full guard.
Sahin is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Sahin looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Smit drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Sahin dives on top into guard. Sahin avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Smit being controlled here, momentarily. Sahin got a little sloppy there for a moment and Smit has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Sahin has managed to get both his arms back between Smit's legs - danger averted. Smit controls Sahin momentarily but Sahin frees himself. Sahin tries to free his leg and advance position but Smit is retaining full guard. Sahin trying to control but Smit is working from the bottom. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Sahin seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Smit punching from the bottom.

Smit fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Good work by Smit as he checks the leg kick. Sahin looks for the body kick but Smit saw that one coming. Smit avoids a punch combination nicely.
Sahin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Smit moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Sahin stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Sahin wants it to stay on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ricky Smit. That's going to take a lot out of him.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oppelaar scores with a one two! Hunt had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
It looks like Mike Hunt has been cut. Hunt throws a front kick that sends Oppelaar stumbling back into the ropes. Oppelaar looks to land a body kick but Hunt moved away. Oppelaar throws a looping overhand right but Hunt ducks down to avoid it. A shot to the body from Hunt misses and Oppelaar counters with a lovely straight right hand! Oppelaar throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hunt. Hunt misses with a body shot.

Oppelaar throws an elbow but Hunt slips to the side and avoids it well. Hunt dodges the ground and pound from Oppelaar. Oppelaar is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Hunt knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Hunt gets back to half guard.

Hunt bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Oppelaar's guard. Oppelaar is looking to sinch up a triangle. Hunt throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Oppelaar's body to avoid the submission. Oppelaar has instead reached around Hunt's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Oppelaar arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Gumbi fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Iamsaard manages to avoid it. Gumbi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Iamsaard moves away. Gumbi lands with an overhand left. Iamsaard misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A combination from Taker does no damage. Taker drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Jonsen working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Taker. Jonsen keeping moving, preventing Taker from controlling successfully. Taker loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Jonsen on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jonsen tries to get out of the position. Jonsen keeping moving, preventing Taker from controlling successfully. Taker looking to pass the guard. Taker postures up in Jonsen's guard and throws a big left but Jonsen blocks it. Taker postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Jonsen keeping full guard, as Taker tries to pass. Jonsen will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. and Jonsen counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Taker takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Jonsen's corner calls for a 1-2. Jonsen obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Taker misses with a lunging right hand

That's two minutes gone in the round. Jonsen comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Jonsen throws a series of punches but Taker avoids them all with ease. Jonsen gets tackled into the ropes by Taker. Taker maintains the clinch. Jonsen landing knees to the head.
Jonsen throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Taker blocks it with crossed arms. Taker looking for a takedown. Jonsen is looking to break free of the clinch but Taker has double underhooks. Taker struggles to land a body shot inside as Jonsen controls his hands.
A shot in the inside from Jonsen. Jonsen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Taker fails with a takedown attempt. Adolf Jonsen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daniel Taker. Jonsen lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Taker is rocked! Jonsen connects with a stiff jab that staggers Taker - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!

Adolf Jonsen really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Natan Grygiel! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Aafke Stam and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Orton shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Orton avoids the attempt from Grygiel to control. Orton in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Orton throwing strikes but Grygiel uses the opportunity to regain half guard. Orton is keen to just control but Grygiel is a slippery customer. Orton thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Orton throwing shots but Grygiel is blocking nicely. Grygiel wants to control but Orton is keeping busy and won't allow it. Grygiel wants to improve his position but Orton is controlling well.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Grygiel trying to control here.

Natan Grygiel has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Grygiel tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Orton was well out of range. Poor timing from Grygiel.
That's one minute gone in the round. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Orton is defended easily by Grygiel. Randy Orton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Orton tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Grygiel swivels and escapes. Orton scores a takedown into full mount! Orton cracks Grygiel with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

This has been an exciting period of action! Orton looking to finish Grygiel with some ground and pound. This is bad for Grygiel!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! V U C K O takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
It looks like Torino V U C K O has been cut. V U C K O shoots and misses and PhoQus counters with a three punch combo that has V U C K O backing up. V U C K O nods at PhoQus to acknowledge the strikes. Eddie PhoQus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. PhoQus throws an ugly left hook that misses
and V U C K O counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by V U C K O. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. V U C K O trying to control but PhoQus is working from the bottom. PhoQus pulls V U C K O in to control the position. V U C K O trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. V U C K O trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. V U C K O tries to free his leg and advance position but PhoQus is retaining full guard. V U C K O stopping the sweep attempt from PhoQus. PhoQus has control of V U C K O's left arm, preventing V U C K O from doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. V U C K O wants to pass the guard but PhoQus is keeping the position. PhoQus wants to sweep here but V U C K O controlling him for the moment.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. PhoQus fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
V U C K O is rocked! PhoQus lands a big uppercut and this one is all over! His foe lies motionless on the canvas - a massive one punch knockout!
