6 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jason McGully! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Terrell Owens! The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Marco Blurstr�m.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Owens is trying hard to land a takedown here. McGully sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. No joy there for McGully, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
McGully rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Owens moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Good leg kick by Owens there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Owens lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but McGully circles away quickly and effectively. Owens throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McGully's waist but McGully gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Owens off to one side. Owens with a lazy takedown attempt and McGully counters with a series of strikes. Owens will be more careful next time no doubt. Jason McGully has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Terrell Owens. Owens looks gassed! Good leg kick by McGully there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
McGully lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Owens backs up against the cage.
 It looks like Terrell Owens has been cut.
McGully scores with a takedown into Owens's guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! McGully is stalling in the full guard. McGully distracts Owens with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
 That's one minute gone in the round. McGully is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
 The ref stands the fighters back up because Jason McGully just wasn't active enough.
McGully is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Owens's half guard. McGully has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. McGully seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. McGully controlling the action here. Owens really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McGully. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jason McGully. Owens gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Owens tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but McGully is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Owens buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Owens!! Owens is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. McGully throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gunn scores with a hook. Shamrock walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Gunn checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Shamrock feints and as Gunn raises his hands in defense, Shamrock changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Shamrock looking to pass the guard. Shamrock wants to get up but he can't break Gunn's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Gunn keeping full guard, as Shamrock tries to pass.
Shamrock gets to his feet. Gunn looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Shamrock fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Shamrock drives through with a takedown into guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

 Brock Shamrock has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Gunn shoots in looking for a takedown but Shamrock manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Gunn's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Gunn looks gassed!

Gunn would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Shamrock wants to sweep but no luck. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

Gunn is looking to take a break and control but Shamrock is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. You can see the frustration on Shamrock's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Shamrock is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Shamrock stops Gunn from passing to mount.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Shamrock is not content to let Gunn control the position. Brock Shamrock overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Shamrock tries to buck Gunn off but Gunn is having none of it. Shamrock can't do much from the bottom here. Gunn tries to advance to mount but can't. Shamrock is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Gunn wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Shamrock, who protects the arm well.
Gunn looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Gunn is breathing heavily. Gunn misses with an attempted head punch from side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gunn working away.
Gunn is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Shamrock is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Gunn is looking to take a break and control but Shamrock is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Brock Shamrock will probably get the nod. That's time! Shamrock's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rico thows a body shot but no joy. Good standup being displayed there by Rico as he connects with a hook. A combination from Lecouc does no damage. Lecouc uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rico.
Rico throws a body punch but Lecouc moves out of range. Rico stuns Lecouc with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Lecouc shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Rico sprawls well. Rico wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lecouc gets slowly back to his feet. Lecouc keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Uncle Rico seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rico misses with a wild body shot. Jab, jab by Lecouc - just one landing. Rico ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lecouc moves away. Rico defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Lecouc.

Matice lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Koistinen throws a strike from the bottom but Matice passes into side control!

The fighters circling - Koistinen throws out the jab but it was never going to land. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Koistinen lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Juha Koistinen is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Koistinen fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Koistinen shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Matice as he jumps to the side. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Matice has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Matice throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Koistinen throws a nice looking combination but Matice bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Matice feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Koistinen being controlled here, momentarily. Matice passes easily into side control. Nice work. Koistinen is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Matice has just dragged him back down to the mat. Both fighters are breathing heavily. And that's the end of the fight! Raymond Matice comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Matice has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Johnson gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Chankin throwing strikes from guard but Johnson blocks nicely. Johnson keeping moving, preventing Chankin from controlling successfully.
Johnson looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Chankin has picked Johnson up and slammed him! Johnson can't keep hold of the triangle and Chankin manages to pass to side control! Chankin tries to score with some ground and pound. Johnson controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Johnson gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Johnson is refusing to be controlled, as Chankin sits in half guard. Chankin might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Johnson kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Johnson is looking for a sweep. Chankin is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Johnson makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Johnson. Johnson wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Johnson throws a solid leg kick but Chankin takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Johnson. Johnson leaves Chankin with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Johnson fails with the takedown. Chankin shoots for a double leg takedown but Johnson sprawls well. He's pushed Chankin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Ricky Dale Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andre Chankin. Johnson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Chankin circles away. Chankin wants to clinch.

Moody closes the distance and lands a one-two. Moody wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Riffel looks for a takedown but Moody sprawls well. Dwight Moody has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andreas Riffel. Riffel with a poor takedown and Moody counters with a series of strikes. Riffel will be more careful next time no doubt. Moody works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Riffel walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.  The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Esson throws a solid leg kick but Fernandez takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Esson. Esson goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Esson with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Esson scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Esson misses with a hook. Esson thows a body kick. Fernandez tries to catch it but that hurt him. Esson throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Fernandez moves out of range of the leg kick from Esson. Esson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Fernandez. Fernandez shoots in looking for a takedown but Esson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Fernandez's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Esson throws a shot from downtown. Fernandez moves away and avoids it. Fernandez with a lazy takedown attempt and Esson counters with a solid body kick. Esson leaves Fernandez with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rudy Fernandez. That's going to take a lot out of him. Good leg kick by Esson there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Fernandez throws a right hand that Esson ducks under and follows up with a left that Esson also avoids with ease. Fernandez takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Esson lands a nice shot to the body.
Fernandez shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Esson as he jumps to the side. Fernandez tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Esson paws at him with a jab and circles away. Esson will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Fernandez throws a right and a left that Esson avoids nicely. Esson tests Fernandez's chin there with a solid looking shot. Esson throws a sloppy head kick and Fernandez moves out of range easily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Fernandez throws a big elbow that misses. Esson keeping moving, preventing Fernandez from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fernandez won't allow Esson to sweep him here. Esson working a defensive guard here.

 The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Fernandez has gone for a leg lock! Esson slips out almost immediately though and dives into Fernandez's guard. Esson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fernandez swivels though and keeps the full guard. Esson passes Fernandez's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Esson sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Fernandez defending well though. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Esson has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fernandez slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Fernandez is trying to stand.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Esson lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Fernandez has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Fernandez and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Rudy Fernandez is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Nice takedown defense from Esson. No joy for Fernandez on that attempt. Esson throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Fernandez moves out of range of the body kick from Esson.

He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Fernandez shoots in for a double leg but Esson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Esson looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Fernandez is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Rudy Fernandez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Esson thumps Fernandez with a low kick. Esson fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. Esson throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Fernandez on the side of the head. Esson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Fernandez has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Esson throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Fernandez's head.

 Fernandez is rocked! Esson steps in with a hook that catches Fernandez right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Esson follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Fernandez looks absolutely devastated.
