3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Whitey Marsh ! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, George Francis and Chris Downing.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Marsh throws a poor cross that misses
and Marsh takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Marsh looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Marsh shoots for a takedown but Jones saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Jones closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Marsh 's guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Jones seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Marsh escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jones gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Jones engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Jones has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Jones seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Marsh for as long as he can get away with.
 Indiana Jones has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Marsh tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Jones paws at him with a jab and circles away. Jones tries to clinch up but Marsh circles away and keeps his distance.

Jones prevents Marsh from getting the reversal. Marsh is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Marsh is in a horrible position here. Jones smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Mann lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Mendonca! Mann thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Mann throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Mendonca because Mann loaded up on that one.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Mann controlling his opponent. Mann's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Mendonca can do anything to dispel that myth. Mann pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Mann throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Mendonca because Mann loaded up on that one. Mann unloads with some shots from mount but Mendonca bucks and avoids them well.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Macho Man scores with a jab to the head.
 It looks like Chris Faber has been cut. Faber looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Faber defending well as Macho Man loads up on a big left hand.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Macho Man enables Faber to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Macho Man manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Macho Man can't keep his opponent in guard - Faber advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Faber moves nicely into side control. Faber is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Macho Man will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Faber's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Macho Man wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! You can see the frustration on Macho Man's face as Faber controls the position. Macho Man wants to get back to his feet. Faber controls the position.
Faber is working to tighten is grip on Macho Man's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Macho Man has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Faber is really squeezing tight and eventually Macho Man passes out! Faber breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Chris Faber! Chris Faber retains his lightweight title! Jumping up and down and very excited, Chris Faber waved his t-shirt featuring TITAN's logo in front of the cameras.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Scallywags dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Devereaux looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Scallywags throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Devereaux stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Oooooh!!! Scallywags has knocked Devereaux down with a huge combo! Scallywags steps away and waves a wobbly Devereaux back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
 Devereaux is rocked!
 It looks like Clark Devereaux has been cut. Devereaux switches off momentarily and Scallywags cracks him with a monster right hand! Devereaux topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Scallywags dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Scallywags!

 Mendonca Deushe has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Double gets caught napping as Deushe dives in and scores a takedown. Double manages to retain guard. Deushe stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Double swivels though and keeps the full guard. Double manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

 Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Deushe misses with a wild combination.

Double decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Double prevents Deushe from standing back up.
Double seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
 Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Double throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Deushe's waist but Deushe gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Double off to one side.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice sprawl there from Double as Deushe shoots in. Omar Double has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mendonca Deushe.
Deushe gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Double pushes down on Deushe's leg and manages to get into half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Deushe is trying to stand up here but Double is controlling him well.

and Michaels counters with a nice double leg into half guard. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joe Dirt. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dirt trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!

Michaels is standing up, even though he is in mount. Dirt tries for a takedown but Michaels sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Michaels stuffs the takedown attempt from Dirt. Dirt gets slowly back to his feet. Michaels shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dirt but Dirt pushes him off and we're back to square one. Dirt tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Michaels manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Michaels keeps the fight on the outside. Dirt lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Dirt leaves Michaels with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Michaels is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Michaels wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dirt gets slowly back to his feet. Dirt stuffs the takedown.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Michaels shoots in but Dirt avoids the takedown attempt easily. Dirt tries to close the distance and clinch but Michaels swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Dirt looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Michaels shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dirt but Dirt pushes him off and we're back to square one. Shawn Michaels is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Michaels fails with a takedown attempt.
